Food was great: however, manager on duty was very rude and slammed the cash register. She stepped into the conversation we were having with the cashier without being asked.
Absurd service was given today. Speaking on behalf of my mom who loves firehouse but today ruined that. As the only person in the store, she was not serviced for almost 5 minutes while the boy was carelessly wandering around. He took a phone order before he even spoke to her and started to make it. When she approached him asking for service the boy rudely asked what she wanted and even at that continued to make the other sandwich first and said “didn’t you hear me take a phone order”. It went completely south from there on. Complete rudeness that has never been experienced before was displayed. Sandwich was horrible and to top it off, the sandwich was thrown at her after persistence to obtain service from the boy. In the end he even yelled for her to get out. Mind you, my mother is a tiny woman who was feeling very sick from receiving chemotherapy so there was no energy for her to even have given an attitude for him to act the way he did. As long as this review is, this is just a small piece of how bad this experience was. I hope someone can be held accountable for this.
Love it when you're hungry, but want something lite. Eating an entire large sandwich will still fulfill that request. Crazy, but once you take a bite you Have to eat more. But, not feel heavy and ewwy from greasy food. Love my Firehouse Subs ❤ Definitely will return once in town
Friendly staff. Somehow the bread was over toasted but the meat and cheese wasn't hot. Still a very good sandwich.
They use quality products, and fill up the sub. Yes, you will pay more but it's worth it. There is an upcharge of $2.99 if you want to add chips and drink. Expect to pay $8 - $12 if you get a combo. The service is good and the place is clean.

My order consisted of a ranch bacon sub. I ordered through the mobile app and the process was very easy. My order was ready when I entered the location. At the far end of the counter is a special pick up place for mobile orders. My food was excellent, fresh and toasted.
Hearty is a good word to describe their meatball sub. The quality of food is really good. Would definitely recommend.
