Went to this location at 7pm 6/6/22. The female employee wasn't being very vigilant of the yogurt dispensers. A young couple came in, asked for 2 cups to serve themselves and then proceeded to use those same cups to sample various flavors each time putting the cups to their mouths, then used the same cups to finally make their final selection. Needless to say unhygienic. Not once did the employee come out to check the customer. There are plenty of signs posted on the glass display case where the ingredients are kept reminding customers not to lean on the glass or touch the glass , but nothing is done to prevent contamination of the yogurt dispensers with who knows what kinds of viruses or germs. Sickening...literally ?
Forced to wait 10 minutes to get a cup. They had no sample cups either. When I asked for a spoon, they said they cannot give me a spoon to eat yogurt with… There were two people working and it was not busy, the people working on 06/21/2022 at 8:00 PM did not want to work and continuously walked away from me when I asked for help. Blatantly ignored any ask for help. Horrible experience. Was so disgusted by the horrible service and left after almost 30 minutes of trying to get my order… Luckily I knew some Spanish, because they were confused when I spoke in English 0/5 stars
Always go and get boba, never had issues with the employees, except for this one woman, no idea what her name is but she only speaks Spanish and has major attitude. Came in, they had no sample cups, I said that was fine yet afterwards she was giving me huge attitude, rolling her eyes and staring at me annoyed the whole time I was looking at the flavors. Ordered a 20oz boba java chip, she gave me 16oz, coffee flavor EXTRA coffee, couldn't even explain the issue bc she didn't speak English.Left with the wrong order :(
My family and I love this place. By far, the best spot to enjoy great tasting froyo, freshly made juices and many other awesome treats. Highly recommended ???!
We were preparing our frozen yogurt before we were done the lady was acting like if she had a line was in a rush didnt even ask what boba topping we wanted and she put whichever one she was pleased with wasted 30 dollars never going again

I went into this store at 8:20pm and spent 30 dollars. I then had to use the rest room. It was locked so I asked one if the young ladies working if they would open it. The employee responded by saying, it’s locked because we are closing soon. Mind you it was 830 and they close at 10pm. I was embarrassed and angry , I just spent 30 bucks on stupid Ice cream and I had to go next door to use their restroom. This is horrible customer service plus it’s illegal to refuse the use of a public restroom. I hope the owner educates there employees
