I used to love this place but as of today Billy the GM is rude, poor customer service skills, now I understand why people quit right away from starting!! I went to apply, I am disabled so can't work for more than 15hrs a week, I was there for like an hour waiting on him so he could just treat me like worthless, yell at me when I was talking to him and made me feel so insignificant.!! Telling me that why would he need me for just to work like 2 days of the week only , that I was useless for him like that!! Thanks alot for not only ruining my day but also making me have an anxiety attack and also altering my chronic depression, thanks Billy!!
Walked in.There were 2 customers ahead to appeared to have been waiting awhile.I stood in line for 15 minutes and finally someone cones to line to take orders.Place order.She sets my card next to drive thru computer and walks off.7 more minutes pass as they walk around and do other things instead of charge my card.I ask for my card back and I'm told I can't have it back she hasn't charged it yet.I tell her I'm not going to eat here.She still won't give me my card. I take two steps to get my card myself.She replies "I was just saying she hasn't charged you"White shirt was completely unprofessional.
Shrinkflation is very evident in their chips and queso. The chips remained the same, but the size of the serving of the cheese really shrunk. Also, they changed their cheese because this time, it seemed very plastic, and they didn't bother to add any salsa to it. It's definitely not worth going out of your way for this.
We went into El Pato Restaurant in Edinburg on March 15, 2022 at 1:48 pm and Audrey took our order. I did not like this cashier"s attention and customer service to our placing our orders and asking her questions on the meals we were ordering. She seems to need additional training in customer service and responding to customers. I was not happy dealing with this person. We just want to inform you that measures should be taken to guarantee that customers have a positive experience at the restaurany.
Their breakfast plates are a go to. I have enjoyed them on several occasions. Always affordable, served well, and very delicious. The staff there have always been friendly and courteous.
If your ever in the area you definitely should stop by and grab some tacos. The staff was very helpful and quick. We went in with 15 family members and only waited a short time for our food. The tables were clean, plenty of drinks... restroom was a little dirty but not as bad as some in the area. I will definitely eat here again, and recommend to everyone I know!
I love El Patos. My best out of the menu is the chicken enchiladas, just lately they are salty, but I can still eat them. Hope they work on that. I love you, Patos!
