They need to change the staff or give them customer training! Plus the male supervisor or manger, they have there! He is no help at all! Rude Rude!!!! They always get the wrong order, plus they always say we don't do frozen coffee. plus never have the breakfast that is in the menu. This Dunkin donuts is the one on south Jackson Rd, Pharr TX. So Today, I went to another Dunkin Donuts on North Mcoil Rd edbg tx. It's was worse! My daughter order peach drink. They gave her "dragon fruit" My daughter taste it, she meantion this not peach flavor. This was our first time ordering this drink. I asked the girl from Dunkin donuts, is this peach flavor. She said no , it's dragon fruit flavor. . We had barely gotten out from the hospital. They did some Lab work to my daughter. I said we ordered the peach flavor!!! this was there mistakes. The lady said give me back the drink, I gave you. "I'm like okay! With this virus going on, To top it off it was a large drink. They probably gave it to someone else. Why would they ask for it back. especially when they New my daughter had drank from it! I'm not going back to none of there Dunkin donuts places. My Daughter drink was there made already. Or maybe it was someone else. WOW we cannot trust this people with our Health. At least while this pandemic and flu season is here.
Coffee was bomb & my grilled cheese delicious. It was a very clean place. I love clean establishments. The only downfall was this young lady's attitude. She was about to take my mom's order when she turned around & look at the other cashier and said "no!" My mom speaks spanish & she didn't want to take her order because of that. So the other cashier took her order. Thank you ma'am!

I wish I got the name of the nice guy behind the counter! He was fun and convinced me to try the matcha green tea latte. He made it look cute and even gave me a couple samples of their syrups so I could try the vanilla and blueberry flavors mixed with the green tea. I loved the vanilla one! Blueberry was okay but not my preference. Great service. Not a huge fan of their coffee but the pastries and green tea latte were great. 5 stars for great service.

Karina was very rude and didn't give me back all my change, and when I opened my ice coffee to add sugar packets I saw that she had spit in it. She also smelled terrible.
Service has declined dramatically. The young employees don't seem to care about their job. I stood in front of the counter and one of the employees looked at me and kept talking to her coworker. I had to call her twice and then she said somebody else would take my order. I ordered 2 coffees and 2 croissants. The coffee came out in about 5 minutes. 20 minutes later I was still waiting for my croissants. I called the guy from the kitchen and explained i had been waiting over 20 minutes. he just looked at me like he had no idea what i was talking about. He just said he would get the croissants for me. I noticed he took them out of a little fridge and put them in an oven. I then called the cashier and asked her what was going on. I thought people in the kitchen had a screen to see the next order! The cashier (i think somebody called her Bella) didn't even apologize to me for the huge delay! I definitely wouldn't go back or recommend this dunkin donuts. The entire time i was waiting for my order i noticed at least 3 other customers complain about their orders
I make numerous purchases at this store & since the curbside option is no longer available, I have chosen to walk in instead. I was standing there a few minutes & not once did an employee acknowledge that there was a customer waiting for their order. There was 8 employees I counted & I made perfect eye contact with 3 of them with not one of them greeting or at least saying,I will be right with you. I've worked in retail many years & know it can get busy but a simple hello would work. A customer walked in after me & he was helped right away (at the register) my drink was already made which is why I gave it the 2 stars but this has happened too many times. Even management was ignoring. Bad service!!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The donuts are good/okay... the coffee and hot cocoa were delicious.
