They have plenty of employees, yet it doesn’t matter if you order at the drive thru or in store they take a long time. I was standing in the store while the register was left unsupervised and two employees were just talking. Customers were waiting to be helped. All I ordered was a blizzard and took more than 15 minutes to get it. While the one and only person manning the ice cream took a long time to get to my order.

Ask for Sylvia to make the burger she takes her time and it comes out awsome and she's a very sweet woman
Another visit another disappointment. After having an issue a couple of weeks ago, regarding a messed up triple belt buster with cheese n bacon, I decided to give them another chance. Ordered a small blizzard with chicken strips n Texas Gravy. I pay for my meal and then after waiting 15mins I'm told they are out of gravy. I ask for a refund. I didn't want chicken nuggets with ketchup. I came to dairy queen for the strips n gravy. The one you're famous for. It's always something here. Yes I got my refund but the water of time. Tell people you're missing something before they pay, don't lock them into something they didn't order at a drive thru.
