Fast, Friendly service, Fresh Delicious food ? and the dining area is Clean. Also budget friendly with today's Ridiculous gas and grocery prices ?
The supposedly two young fat female managers are the lowest and so dirty always talking to the employees about the new visitors gossiping a mile away . Omg that place should closed down for the terrible low customer service the two girls give the business. A terrible low reputation and when you go ask for a blizzard the girl will ask you to taste it before leaving . Omg like what they also enjoy harassing and bullying people each different day . You might not go for a month but once you back they will start bothering or bullying you right away
Don't bother coming here because they mess up your order and the staff won't do anything about it. There's a tall guy with dark hair that works there that is extremely rude. He refused to take into consideration correcting my order and walked away without even fixing anything. You're better off buying ice cream from stripes.
Only reason why I'm giving a low rating is because this location messed up on my order . I call they give me credit and I tell them my name . A week and a half goes by and I go by to pick up my order and since I didn't save my receipt I can't get my credit order . They should have a system in place where they track credit orders . They say they do but don't have my credit. I have met the owner and I'm sure not even he would say we'll I can't help you . It's a shame. Need new managers over at this location. Never coming back here . ?
Very disappointed! All the employees in the drive thru are lost. They kept giving people wrong orders. Not very sanitary. The bun on my sandwich was old and hard. The onion rings I received were all crumbled pieces.
Kinda disappointed the grilled chicken sandwich is small almost kids meal size. If I would have known it was this small might as well have bought the kids meal.
Ordered a #3 Texas Sized With bacon. I get home and burger has a single piece of crumb bacon. Fries are small as well. I go back to store and manager see the crumb and days they will remake the burger. They take my burger, out a couple of more crumbs of bacon and send me on my way. With the coldest burger ever. Filed a complaint in their site as well. I'd DQ is Texas, they fell very short. By the way, the bacon you see is what they added to the burger. Yuck
Never in my 20 years of going to DQ have I ever got served in a dollar store foam cup! My blizzard was a banana split blizzard that wasn’t mixed and didn’t have anything but vanilla and pineapple in it! I paid for a banana split blizzard not a pineapple and vanilla ice cream! With no remorse on her face the lady that gave it to me said this is how it’s made. I will never go to that DQ ever again not even if they were offering free ice cream!
Rude lady in the drive thru. And it took almost 35mins to get my order. They had all 5 spots lined with cars waiting for our orders. Idk if they got new ppl working but come on 35 mins and the food still being cold not like if it was meat barely put on the grill. Never again
