Took forever to get a 2 piece wing and breast. The place needs more clean up. I mentioned there was water spilling behind the fountain drinks and it bothered them. They cleaned it after about 15 minutes later. Those employees need to be trained more in my opinion.
Church's chicken was good but please always have white chicken and have macaroni and that they have icey because I went to get one and they said only had pink and I was very sad and yall I know yall want to make your customers happy and I want my brother to get what ever he wants but he didn't bc they didn't have blue ice and that make me mad and sad
Their chicken sandwich is always juicy and flavorful. Also, if you're craving a chicken fried steak, they have a pretty decent one. Drive-thru is quick.
Waited 20 minutes for my order during my lunch break and got my order wrong, came back for missing item and waited another 30 minutes in drive thru because lobby wasnt open. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. All my lunch break spent trying to get my food , wint even have time ti eat anymore
You ask for fresh chicken and you get the dry pieces , fries horrible , asked for Coleslaw didn't get it. And the person at the window hates their job. Do better !
They don’t answer their phone and their soda always without the syrup always getting carbonated water ??
I ordered the chicken tenders and they were so good they changed up the recipe and now there better then they used to be.
Don't usually leave a 1 star but I actually walked without being served. I could not tell if staffing was the issue or just poor service. There were two people in line and it took over 20 minutes just to reach the counter. And when I finally did, I was told to wait as he started to put together the other meals. This is my lunch hour and no time to wait 30-45 minutes for fast food. There are many other chicken options around so I will no longer be coming to this location on Freddy and McColl.
TERRIBLE SERVICE Watch out for a big sweaty kid named Eddie, he's wiping his sweat from his forehead and breathing all over your food before he gives it to you. The kid's nasty man, and then wants to be sarcastic about any questions you ask over the intercom. Definitely flunked Church's training.
Great customer service, good food! Would recommend this location.
