The waiter was not really on top of things we waited for 10 to 15 mins for refill when he just kept walking by our table. On top of arguing over my son's food with me which on our order slip it cleared showed what was ordered. On top of never taking anything dirty and ready to be removed off our table could barely eat our food with out stacking it. First time ever going and last time. Atleast to this location!!
Don’t try and crack a joke at this girl Ruby cause she will accuse you of being intoxicated. I honestly wish I asked for another server immediately after she took our order. She literally has no sense of humor. We were happy being funny and the rigid server told the manager Doris that my sister was slurring her words. Ruby accused my sister of slurring when ordering, oh but still gave her a drink. Ruby came to our table only to take our order and she was able to pass judgement in that moment. We never saw Ruby after she took our order. Other people brought our food to the table. I’m never coming here again. The only positive is the food was fast. We all came from a long day of work to be treated like alcoholics. Tip: don’t drink alcohol and look like your having a good time. If Ruby is your server and you plan to order alcohol; request another server. She needs to be retrained in customer service and TABC! I will not support their restaurants. And because all of this un necessary drama my nephew didn’t even get his ice cream, which she said she will put it in last and she didn’t.

My night spent here with my mom and sister was ruined by a server Ruby and her sarcastic manager Doris. Our server wasn’t friendly, didn’t even try. It was awkward cause we were happy enjoying each other company and she was clearly not happy to be serving us. The worst experience ever was both of them accusing my sister of being intoxicated after ordering one drink. They said she was slurring. It was rude and inaccurate. I was embarrassed, humiliated and defeated. She needs to be retrained in customer service. She took our order and then we never saw her again until we were done eating. Other people brought our food. While talking we finally saw her and my sister wanted a second watered down alcoholic drink and she said your slurring and I’m not going to serve you. We were in disbelief. We all came from a long day at work and then to be treated like alcoholics while trying to enjoy dinner. I had sweet tea and my mom had water. It was wrong and there needs to be accountability for her and the manager Doris’s bad judgement.
I had one drink here. got accused of being drunk. server named ruby was rude. no sense of humor. manger doris was just as bad. horrible customer service. tip. don't look like your having fun and laugh cause they will assume you are drunk!
Use to be great But they changed menu no more 3x10 Menü with many options if you change a side expect an extra charge , I received emails with promos and this location don't accept them sorry they loose a daily customer,
Great customer experience, we called our order to go and did curbside pick up simple and easy. What made the experience great was the attendant that came to our car you can tell he was really busy as there where many other cars that he needed to attend and was running around working hard yet never lost focus of being nice and attentive which sometimes gets lost when things go crazy.
The food was excellent. The waiter was very nice and attentive. The shrimp and chicken is just *chef's kiss* delectable!! Would eat here time and time again ?
I am so disappointed. I had not been to Chili's in a long time. They are really loosing touch with fresh food. I ordered the grilled chicken fajitas. You could tell the fajitas were frozen and heated up in a microwave, the rice was from a box. You can just taste the preservatives. When I have ordered chicken fajitas on a grill, they bring them out steaming, because they have just been cooked, this came warm, no steam. Just a shame. Never again will I use my hard earned money on such low quality food.
Great selection of food from burgers to grilled chicken, and their drinks are good too! Particularly the margaritas!
