Went by to try the new melt burgerAfter waiting a long time in the lobby, they handed it over to me stone cold. Only the fries were hot, but looked an awful yellow.If you see a long line at the drive through, or inside, just go over to Whataburger. The serfs of Burger King will deliver your food cold if you decide to wait patiently.I think ill i will drive the extra miles to go to the Burger King on West University. The one on east university ain't it, chief.

This location won't honor any coupons, they said they don't have the new system for a 6 digit code. I asked if they could do an exception, and offered to show app so they could see the coupon is legit but management said no. No ownership whatsoever.
Decided to grab a quick bite here and wasn’t worth the money. Not like I spent a lot because it’s cheap but I would at least prefer my food to be cooked/heated properly. My nuggets were cold and we weren’t even waiting long so I assumed they’d be hot when they handed them to me. My fries were soggy and had no flavor. I also ordered chicken fries and was disappointed with them as well. The lady at the window didn’t even greet us. She just opened the window and handed the food without asking if we wanted anything else. I had to wait a few seconds before she saw me and I asked for condiments.
Line moves by fast but some of the workers don't even give you eye contact. They seem annoyed in the mornings

Was kind of dissatisfied or disappointed you could say because they didn't have the ghost pepper nuggets any more and they've been so long without spicy nuggets ...who likes regular nuggets? Kinda boring dont ya think?
Drive through is terrible waited and got my order wrong it’s like this location is notorious for getting stuff wrong all the time.
