I ordered a 6 ounce sirloin from this restaurant. Takeout. It was all grizzle. I could barely cut it with a steak knife, much less eat it.
Classic Cheese burger is very good. Don't bother getting the special drinks, I think they forgot to put the alcohol in it, just taste like the fruit juice too sweet too.
The pretzels were very salted. We brushed the salt off and there was so much salt it almost completely covered the bottom of the plate. I ordered the chicken fajita wrap and the tortilla was soggy and pasty because there was so much liquid in it.

Applebee's, now we know where not to park, how do you make sure we feel welcome? You did not provide any instructions for Dashers to Pick up or where or what entrance to use. By the way all the parking lot was full, to go spaces were empty. I think we should feel welcome to use those spaces if required. I want to mention other restaurants even have a parking space for Delivery drivers. Much more welcoming!
Worst service ever we asked for our regular drinks a bucket and a margarita for me we come once a week to this location or the one in mcallen off expressway and today my waitress said she couldn't and i told her ok since when so we waited and still after half the bucket was gone she still refused to give me a margarita till the buck was empty and i told her mama this is the first time at either location has this never happen and her words to bad ....and now we're getting no service no if we need anything else nothing she just avoiding our table ....i couldn't even eat my food in peace .....didn't even eat just left my food and left poor customer service and attitude.....
Haven't been to Applebee's in a while and I remember why. Food portions are small and prices for the food is not really worth it. Many go for drinks which I think it more positive for people. But I rather spend that amount and a bit more at a higher restaurant

Service was excellent and food was so good, delish. Server was very attentive and kind. ❤️❤️❤️. I had stopped going to Applebee's but today changes my mind. Great Job
