I placed an order for pickup on their website. I came in after it said it was ready, and walked to the pickup area. They told me it was for door dash pickup only so I had to stand by the front door for 20 more minutes. I finally asked how much longer my food might be (a meal for one) and they asked the name, and said they don’t even have that order. So I said it’s okay, and asked for a refund but then they said they can’t do refunds. No food and no money = sad day.
Extremely bad service 40 minutes sitting down waiting for our food.....there was two orders that were delivered and were totally wrong and over cooked .......would give zero stars if I could.....PS they didn't even apologize....important thing to note, we went at around 12:00 , they were not even busy, that should have been a signal.
Terrible service!! Waited for coffee for 30 minutes when there were 5 employees sitting on the booth laughing and giving ZERO service! WILL NEVER go there again!
This place is a complete disappointment. Within a span of 3 years, I've walked out of this place 4 times. Every single time, I didn't even get a chance to order. I waited 30 minutes in each time before I left. Today, I was at least able to order an ugly, tarp, lemonade before walking out. Sad to say, but this place has not improved at all. Waiters all walking around looking at the floor, "management" pathetic as always. The restaurant was not even full and they were just standing around, giggling and socializing amongst themselves. I never write reviews about any restaurant, unless they are utter garbage and potentially help others avoid this hassle. I'm not one to cause a scene, so I didn't want to bother the "manager" from her happy, private, conversation she was having w someone. She seemed so oblivious to her surroundings. I saw one customer walk around and get a menu as she had not been offered one. Another lucky guest that was able to obtain an order got up and was taking condiments from another table as I assume she did not any in hers. I try to give places like this that disappoint more than one chance, this being a forth and this place continues to be a disaster. Fool me once, shame on me, fool me four times, still shame on me, lol. I left $5 on my way out as I had technically been served w a drink. Instead of hurting anyone's feelings, I just walked out quietly as I had 3 times before. I understand that the world has a shortage of workers, but that still won't change the full price that I'm expected to pay. Stay away, EP...

Waited over an hour and still did not receive our order. Waitstaff paid zero attention to us.At least they didn’t ask us to pay for the 2 cups of bad coffee.0/10 would not recommend.
I have worked in the Restaurant business for about 50 years started in fast food up to fine dining. I am amazed since being here in Texas that so many Restaurants do not train their servers so shame on management. Server friendly but service needs improvement.
Long wait time, orders were all wrong, bad service, poor food. Will not be returning.
theres just so much wrong with this place. my food wasn't even warm it took forever to come .its vastly understafted.so they didn't see the table next to me dine and dash, im not sure if i saw the car they left in they were gone that quick .the drinks taste with soap.i wouldn't take a impatient child here or my mother.there cooking is posabily the only redeamption they have thought to me it was kinda bland it made the hot sauce taste of ketchup.Harley any hair nets are on the cooks, rarely any gloves i only see mabye 1 servers with mask.the manager only put gloves on to serve drinks. the manager wasn't even pretending to workjust disgraceful.deportable place to eatget it together huddle housei dont leave restrants with negative feelings as i did this place
