The manager (perla Pedraza) is a really rude person. She didn’t call the police when people try to shoot down the place, im pregnant and I work there she couldn’t understand the reason I left. The AC doesn’t work treats coworkers in a really bad way. Says to me mature when she is the one that is not. She should be fire, she treats customers bad too. I would call the supervisor but I doubt he will do something. So pls help me.

Under staffed. Did not fill order properly. I had to wait in line a second time to get what they were supposed to provide the first time
Staff is always rude, they take too long even if your the only customer. And the service is just awful

My honey butter biscuit which I love elsewhere, was hard, dry & tough. Chicken was decent, service was quick.
Chicken sandwich was good, but nothing close to the quality of their bourbon chicken they had. Sweet tea tastes brewed, just enough ice. Don't go there for the fries, get one of the other sides. Service was polite and average speed
Attitudes wher horrible. Not a local but thank gosh I would never give it a second chance. Need some retraining on customer service and attitudes.

VERY RUDE MANAGER! I’ll give less than one star if I could, so my husband went to pick up a special of 10 PC (thighs and legs) for $11.99 for me, I usually get almost all of them legs (if you ask/request ), I’m pregnant and I just had a craving. The girl with prescription glasses, visor and ponytail was horrible, she was bossing around the other girl with lighter skin next to the register (see picture, girl on the right), she didn’t want her to take the order for some reason, (I think she’s training her in a very abusive way). When my boyfriend and father asked for my request of getting more legs than thighs or all legs if possible, ponytail girl took over and started raising her voice telling them in a very condescending way that they don’t do that ever and it doesn’t matter if other Church’s Chicken do it (as my boyfriend told her) she also added that she won’t do it because is part of their policy and her boss is just checking on them constantly. When we asked for their names (because they are not wearing their badges or uniform on top of everything) and were to find that policy she started mumbling bad words in Spanish and she refused to answer the questions. Horrible experience, never going back there. She could’ve said NO in a nice way and we would’ve ordered our stuff and leave but she decided to have a nasty attitude instead. Don’t ruin your day, stay away from them until they decide to teach their employees basic manners and customer service skills.
