I'm writing a review for every time I've ever came to this location this is the worst location to come to. Every time I've been here it's a problem with my order. Last time they even gave me somebody else's order. Either the food takes longer than they tell you or something is wrong with the food. I've even had to throw chicken tenders away because they were dry and over cooked and my kids didn't want to eat them. Today I ordered something small just tenders and fries, the fries were thrown away because they were extremely full of salt. I dusted them off as much as I could then trashed them normally my kids love them not today so disappointing.
Worst place in the world to order anything from either for pickup or delivery. They are so slow and so inconsiderate of courier it's not even funny. If they're not messing up on an order, it's their system not picking up on an order one of the two and parking is absolutely ridiculous. If you order anything from here be prepared for it to be late no matter what.
My experience here at this location is always frustrating. The staff needs customer service training too. The online order for pickup is never ready on time. There is usually many people waiting with the same complaint. The food quality is sometimes good and sometimes bad.
I will be coming back. As soon as I walked in was greeted my order was taken by niyana and she was very nice and patient. Diary was also very sweet and respectful. I hope they keep up the good work!!!
This is not my favorite wingstop spot, I usually drive 20 minutes to another one for better service. I went yesterday only for a large fry and it looked like a regular size I told the manager I ordered large not regular she said that is a large. Well omg I'll never come here again, they didn't even fill the container it came in up.
They literally get their own employees to act like managers! I called about remaking an order because for one their boneless chicken was literally nothing but fried pieces I called to get a refund but they said they could only remake the order so okay I tell them for the next day because we already went with another alternative that day I called the day of and the manager gets on but this time a lady picks up and says she has no record of that and says she’s the only manager. This isn’t the first time we’ve had a bad experience and I’ve held out on writing a bad review but you guys deserve to get the best possible customer service and it’s not here.
Quick, you can call in your orders and pick it up in about 15 to 20 minutes
It is always an issue at this location. Either our order is wrong, it isn't ready when we arrive and we have to wait forever, we didn't get the extra condiments we paid for, we try to call in an order and they don't answer the phone.. or now, tonight we go by there to order at 8:30p and there is a handwritten sign saying they closed at 7p (instead of 11p?!). I give up. At this point, I will drive to the one in Cedar Hill from here out. ?
By far the worst experience that I have ever had at a wingstop! Placed an order at 7:00 PM and was supposed to be ready at 8:15. Arrived at 8:15 and they told me 20 more minutes. At 9:00 I'm still waiting and they can no longer find my order. Had to ask the manager on duty to turn off the inappropriate music the staff was playing in the food prep area. There appeared to be no manager or leadership in the restaurant. It will be a long time before I will patronize this location again. At the very least they could have offered a drink while I waited. I understand the challenges with the service industry but this level of service is not sustainable for a business.
My husband tried to go inside to place an order at around 9:30pm on 12/10/2021 (Friday night) and was told they only accepted online orders because they were about to close (even though they didn’t close until 11pm). I thought that was weird but whatever, we left. Today (12/14/21) I placed an order online and when my husband got home with the food, the carrots and fries were missing (I paid extra for voodoo fries). So I called to see if we could go and get it, but I could not get anyone to answer the phone. From 6:44pm-6:50pm I called several times and the phone kept ringing and at times it would just go straight to the voicemail like the call was being ignored. I asked my husband if it was packed and he said no, not really, but the chick at the front had an attitude, and didn’t really seem like she wanted to work. Management seriously needs to hire some better employees, the least they can do is answer the phone and ask for the customer to hold if they are that busy, but I guess they just look at the phone ring and if they don’t feel like answering it, they don’t.
