This is a good whataburger that is just a victim of the neighborhood. The staff was friendly enough and my food was OK if a bit dry but the kicker was the other people in the area. There was a guy loittering by the front door begging and another guy came inside half way through my meal and literally starting growling and snarling at people. Not a good time.
Me: Would like bacon taquitoWB: We are not open for breakfast.Me: What time do you open for breakfast?WB: 11pmMe: Oh... and what time is it now? (Knowing it's 11:05pm)WB: it's elev... *hear someone in background* .. we serve breakfast at 1130.Me: but the menu says 11..WB: We do a late breakfast.Me: ok nvm then.No point in trying any further with this location. Plenty of other WB around that don't pretend the food they "make to order" for breakfast isn't literally in the building, even outside of their clearly posted breakfast hours. Luckily the WB like 5 min down the road was serving breakfast at the time they advertise on their drive-thru menus.
Formtue most part we love it. But lately when we go on Monday nights we are waiting in the drive through for 30-45 minuets and most of the time the order isn't right. When we got home we discovered that we got a medium fry instead of large, and we were missing a gravy.
Staff is okay for the most part. There have been a few times we get an associate with an immature attitude trying to show off for the guys that work with them. Drive-thru always stays long. Food is good and always fresh. They usually don't ever bring the food out and the app doesn't allow for Drive-Thru option before a certain time, so we usually end up just going to the speaker after waiting for a while in curbside pick-up spots.
I come here often. Super slow whataburger. Fries are rarely fresh, even if you ask specifically for fresh fries. Y’all need to hire more good help. I’m tired of coming here and waiting in line for 45 min. Update: at the window, they handed me the wrong food. Then they took it back after we already touched it looking through the bag, lol.Update: 03/17/22Another bad visit. Service here is just horrible. The people here don’t care about their jobs. I order a sweet and spicy bacon burger and I got no sweet and spicy sauce. They just gave me a burger with mustard as if it was okay to not give me what I ordered, and not say anything about it. Who does that? Never had that happen to me before. The lady at the counter was nice though. She gave me a large fry for free and some ketchup. I liked her. Other than that this whataburger is horrible. It won’t let me do another review so I will just continue to update this post. Lol.
This was a $14.00 order, bacon cheeseburger, as you can see no bacon and truthfully what a horrible burger look at the lettuce and veggiesTerrible way to waste hard earned money.
In line for almost an hour,just to be told no ranch for buffalo chicken strip sandwich, then for the lady to sound rude and unprofessional. Then to top it off our food was cold. Manager and Corp will be hearing from me.
Terrible! Waited like 30mins just to pay at the window through the drive thru. Then the worker was really rude, seemed like she just got on the shift but didn’t want to be there. They need to train their staff better especially during peak hours.
Just finished dining in and everything was fresh and hot. I come here often and today was very pleased with everything! Tre had great customer service and was very friendly!
The order was messed up originally and they correct it is with no issues they were kind, polite and fast.
