Our waitress Lynn she was awesome she was courteous and kind our food was hot and fresh she gave us great service will go back soon
My friend and I were greeted upon our entering. Then we went to the register to order a to-go order. I stood at the register for 15 minutes waiting for my change. There were 4 different employees that approached me but, when I asked for my money they all act confused. I guess they were hoping I would forget about it. I ordered 2 blueberry waffles, 2 scabbed, and home fries. I got my blueberry waffle and someone’s all-star order with bacon. I told the dude that I do not eat pork when I was order my food but, they have me a handful of bacon. That bacon was laying in the eggs and home fries so, I couldn’t eat them.
This visit I am speechless...This location was soooo durty..I had to watch them cook my food. I was so hungry, I just had to pray about it. I could not wait for you to ask me how was my visit. I spent almost 40.00 for 2 T-bone steak dinner and the steak all tough. The waffle is good . My grits all lumpy.The working America work so hard for their money until these companies really should start to appreciate us spending our money. I have got to do better this was a waste of money. They had nats flying around. If I was not able to watch them cook my food.I would have gone to the store and ate some chips..I am really upset..Live and learn...

The service was horrible. My food was cooked too hard. Waffle was over cooked to the point it came apart. The staff said that’s the way it suppose to come.
We came in town to my niece softball game , thought it would be a good idea to have Waffle House with our friends and family to our surprise as we walked in the door all we heard was a rude “we’re closed “ so in checking on the website says they’re open 24 hours. This is a terrible store I would never try to eat here again.Employee had no customer service. As a Manager who works in the Customer Service, I would’ve had a complete Discussion with the employee who said those words.You should always treat customers as you would want to be retreated especially if you are walking into the business . A simple I’m sorry for any inconvenience but we’re closed at this time would’ve been perfect.I’m very sure there’s employee Treats the gentleman that were in the store with her as she does the customers.
have never had problems until now with this specific waffle house. they only do to go orders between the hours of 9pm-6am, the sign says you could dine in before that time and they closed early around 8:25pm. i called during the time frame for the to go orders and watched the lady inside ignore my calls. she literally watched the phone ring and ignored it.
Food was poorly made. My eggs were under cooked, the blueberry waffles were flat and under cooked as well.Our waiter was not friendly at all. He hardly spoke to us. We had to keep asking him for basic items for our meal. We will not be returning to this location.
The appearance of the store is not appealing. I went last night and it was needing some cleaning done for sure, but I'm uncertain if it was due to low staffing. The food took a while and when it was received, the hash browns were cold. I don't think we'll be visiting this location again.
If you're looking for good and affordable food then this the place for you. Lacks in customer service but makes up for it in entertainment ( the drama between employees and customer are hilarious) overall I come here for a quick bite.
