It’s a lot of younger adults working here so please check your food before you leave but overall good service with great attitudes
I like Taco Bell just not the one in the Duncanville location because I work from 2pm to 10pm and everybody knows Taco Bell stays open till 2 in the morning because it says so on their sign but this one every time I try to come up here and order something after work they always talkin about they closed and when you drive by to look inside they aren't even doing anyting just sitting down on their phones watching videos. I don't know if they just lazy or what but why are you closing 2 to 4 hours early to do nothing if you don't want to work go find something else.
Straight trash. It seems almost everytime I go, they're out of something or can't fulfill orders. If you're ever down bad enough to fiend for Taco Bell and grace this establishment, you have to pray that they'll give you the privilege of getting any subpar food from them.
Had to repeat my order 3 times and still got my order wrong. Tried to charge me for food that was unavailable when asked to remove it received attitude and slammed the sliding door at the drive thru. When asked for hot sauce was told that I can only have 2 packets total for an order for 3 people.
They need to close this for good..They always having issues and have to closeThey are out of something every time i go. They over charge u and then not give u all ur order. I have never been here and got my order right. Please open a new one near us with a good manager the one u have is horrible and rude and lazy
Returned to see if the Catfish Plate could match the last visit. Again, it was great tasting. Just the right balance between the bread and catfish with a very moist, hot, tasty catfish. The tarter sauce added to the great taste. The pictures of the room gives a good look at the space available for guests and groups.
My mom, cousin and I went there a few days ago, we went in to order and we waited 45 minutes for our food. My cousin was late to work because of it. They had gave my mom's food away in the drive through and deleted my food order as well as my cousins order. They were very unprofessional. They were laughing and talking loud the whole time while were sitting there waiting. Because of this My cousin lost a part of his pay all because they were lolly gagging around. Shameful, I will not be spending my money here any more.
They forgot my 12 pack Cinnabon bites and didn’t give me the sauce I asked for. They didn’t give me the right tacos I ordered and were laughing the whole time we were trying to order. I called and they didn’t answer then I called again and they disconnected their phone. This location is trash just like the people that work there.
Locked the doors to go inside and when i had two orders said that i could not have two orders through the drive through even though every other taco bell can. Would not give me a valid reason on why they cant do two orders but the other taco bells can and told me i would have to go back around through the drive thru again even though no one was in line or behind me. Very rude and not patient. Highly recommend new staff for the whole place.
It took over 20 minutes to get my food. They forgot my cinnamon twist and I found a piece of plastic in my bean burrito. I won’t be back again.
