There always out of something I order. I still go because the staff is very nice, good customer service, friendly and they're good at what they do. I'm just a little whiny when they're out of my favorites.
Christine is the supervisor at this store, and I feel that she does not care about the problem I had experienced at a Starbucks, and this was based on the fact that she didn't try to address the problem herself. This problem should not be passed on from person to person, throwing me in circles. This situation has already been dragging out for too long. Christine should have done something other than just passing the ball.
Rude customer service. went in to order 2 drinks and they were out of the new pineapple one so I didn't order a 2nd drink. I then proceed to ask if I can buy a vanilla syrup bottle, I'm told they don't have extras so okay. barista asks if I need anything else and I ask to change my drink size and half way through my sentence the barista rolls her eyes as if I'm being difficult. made me upset as I didn't do anything wrong to be treated in that manner. I'm always polite unless there's a reason not to be. once my order was done she didn't even say my name like they usually do to let you know your drink is ready
The building itself is cute. I just feel like as a team, they need some help. I ordered a grilled cheese to be heated up and the poor barista was getting orders literally back to back so he heated it up and forgot to give it to me right away. I saw it sit on the counter for awhile before I asked for it, no longer hot. They also don’t call your name so I didn’t know my drink was done nor how long it had been done for.
Terrible experience. I go to Starbucks to feel better. Drinks aren’t cheap. Today I ordered a drink with no ice. I don’t ever get ice anywhere by the way. The drink I order was a venti and it was less than half full Apparently per policy. I have ordered drinks like this before and I have never had this happen. I actually spent too much at Starbucks. Anyway, why not tell me this before paying???? If was policy I would pay whatever difference it is. Seemed like some petty shi!t. Good news for you. I won’t be coming back to this location. The person by the window was cool though.
Great store, typically fast despite being busy, typically good order accuracy and if occasionally miss they will make it right. Appreciate Albert the manager who goes above and beyond for customer service and builds loyal customer base!
My daughter and I went there as a treat and it was so pleasant and comfortable. We will definitely be visiting again. The coffee was excellent as expected but the atmosphere is what will be bringing us back.
We now have to drive this Duncanville location to get our drinks and order done correctly. Shame on you Cedar Hill StarbucksThank you Duncanville Starbucks. Keep up the great effort and keeping make awesome coffee. You will have customers for life. Thank you ?
They’re NEVER open. Hours need to be updated. & not only that why are they only open til 12pm??? I have come here multiple times because it’s closer than camp wisdom location (I go to Starbucks every single day). They’re always closed.
Service was fast and friendly however, they didn't get my order right. I specifically asked for coconut milk since they were out of Oatmilk but sad to say it was obvious I was given regular milk?? I didn't realize it until I drove off so I just threw it away! ?
