First time coming here and Food was cold the beans were good the only thing on the plate that was hot. They need somebody else making the potato salad cause it was disgusting and watery meat tasted burnt the sausage was good but cold sorry maybe I caught y'all on a bad day but that was not good barbeque. Maybe next time I come it would be better.
The food was great and the drinks were on point. Tuesday nights the Crimson Rootz does an open mic show this was my 1st time attending and they had some great talent. Well done!!
First time trying this place but I have heard a lot about it. I tried the wings, fries, greens, and peach cobbler. Everything was very good!Very tender and seasoned bbq wings! I can't wait to return.
I love their ribs. They are always tender and smokey, however, I've gone on two occasions and have gotten burned and dry ribs. I took them back and they replaced them with fresh ones. I was astounded that they sent something out of the kitchen so horrible. Speaking of horrible, I bought peach cobbler. It was ? hot, syrupy and dark brown. I took it right back, but they were closed. I will post the pictures of that meal. The entree was delicious, though. They are always out of cornbread. I'm wondering if they actually cook any, because they have never had any when I go. I feel if you sell greens, keep cornbread. Their sausage is the nomb! If they would just stop sending old dry food out of the kitchen, I would give them five stars. My rating is based on the food when it's good the first time.
First time here. Great vibe with music. Food was outstanding, fresh, well cooked. We had chop beef on toasted breaded Not Soggy, link sandwich and the fries was amazing. The season on the fries was sooooo good. Thanks to Jana who took our order super nice, friendly. Sorry if I got your name wrong. Will definitely be back. ?
Awesome service to begin with.Their brisket was very tender and seasoned perfectly. Loved their Mac and cheese and the chocolate cake. Overall really good food, really like how they season everything. Great portion for price. Look forward to going back for more.
Had their HUGE baked potato with brisket and all the fixings. Portion was crazy big and well worth the price! Truly authentic flavor, customer service on point. Just a little disappointed in the desert options, although it seemed local it also seemed commerical. Would have been nice if it was just as authenic as the bbq... again portion size of the cake bowls were huge but nothing unique about it. Definitely recommened and would go back if in the area! (I was traveling thru!)
I had the 2 meat plate with ribs brisket, Mac and cheese with okra. Brisket was kinda cold and ribs were dry. Great flavor and sides were great.
The service was superb! I had rib tips. Green beans and potato salad. The concept of the green beans with potatoes is great but we're on the spicy side due to heavy black pepper. Potato salad was great and rib tips were a bit tough for me but flavor wise very good.
