I have been to this location on quite a few times. I ALWAYS call my order, well today I called in a order for 3 regular catfish nuggets and 1 larger Nugget. I was told that it would be ready in 15-20 mins, I asked for total priorto arriving $34. When I got there to pick up order 20-25 mind after call in, apparently they didnt have my order ready I'm time because they got it mixed up for some reason "not paying attention". The guy that took my order over the phone, ask me after I stood in the window for 5 min did I want to wait??? He didn't apologize for the inconvenience of not having my order ready in time. They should no customer service In showing that they appreciate my services. The owner may want to take a closer look into who she has working in her establishment.

Simple down home food. Kind of hole in the wall-ish but not totally. The food was definitely on time and hot for our pick up order and I also noticed that this establishment serves curbside. I don't like cash only but this place is still worth ot and very reasonably priced. The service can only be better by being more friendly. But when you think about it, the food was great from the aroma to your belly, so who cares if they don't smile much. I'll be be back.....LOL!Parking: Great Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible.

The staff are REAL people. Conversing with the women felt like talking to a relative. I ordered 2 daiquiris at first and baaaaybey! They know what they doing with the daiquiris!! They were so good in fact that people in the studio seen em and asked for they own. I will be back! Not only for Daiquiris but to try the fish and shrimps.Takeout: Yes

My daughter went to get a pork chop and a catfish basket today. Unfortunately, my almost $20.00 went down the drain. No seasoning at all.. porks chops dry and hard.. catfish with no seasoning and not cooked well. We just kindly put the food in the bag and pushed it to the side. # disappointed ?
Went there for a late lunch to dine in. First sign of trouble was there was not one customer car in the parking lot. (The more cars the higher the demand, which is how I gage the quality of the food and service). Went inside and the chairs were up on the tables. I stood there for a bit but no one came out to greet me so I said to myself; "This place is so bad even the employees don't wanna be here," and I left.
The fish is as consistent as the Sun!!No matter which location;Dallas, Pleasant Grove or Duncanville..Seasoned just right, light , fluffy non-fishy smell or taste..
First time and a success!!! Thank you for Outstanding customer service and Great food!!! Will be back!!! Been looking for new catfish place.
