Absolutely love, love, love the crab-stuffed shrimp rangoon! The New York strip steak was super juicy and seasoned all the way through. The Parrot Isle Jumbo Coconut Shrimp is delicious and comes with a serving size that is more than fair… I didn’t too much like the white coconut sauce that came with the shrimp tho.I only gave 4 stars because of the white coconut sauce and the French fries were too salty.
Food was very good: Ordered the Make Your Own feast, with shrimp scampi and bacon wrapped scallops. The service was average: Ordered a salad, but the entrees came out first, so I cancelled the salad. My husband requested tartar sauce instead of cocktail, but they still brought cocktail sauce, and he had to wait for the tartar sauce to be brought to him. Perhaps the waitstaff was more interested in serving the table near us, which seemed to be occupied by either a current or former coworker and his family....Everyone that was working that night made sure to make their way over to that table....Manager did come by to see how we were, and to thank us for stopping by, which was a nice touch and took the edge off the service we received.
2022: came back for the MIL again this year! Service was great! I no longer need and I was pleasantly surprised that there were items on the menu that I could eat :-) I got a baked potato, fries, and crispy Brussels sprouts. A glass of red sangria and a biscuit was just what I needed! Our waitress was awesome! We will be back!***We took my mother-in-law here for her birthday / mother-in-law dinner. Great service and even better food. We will definitely be back.
I only get over this way a few times a year but I always try to stop in at Red Lobster. They have plenty of variety on the menu and I get to see my favorite server Gail. Not only is she a bright spot to my day with a big smile but she always remembers me even though I might only come by 3 or 4 times a year. She works her tables effortlessly and no one has to look around for refills or extra cheddar bay biscuits or anything else. Today I ordered the 3 From the Sea special and it was so plentiful that I ended up bringing half my pasta home. And of course Gail had already brought me a ToGo box before I asked. Is she psychic too? ?
It was my first time there and I had a pleasant experience... The only issue was that the guy never came back with more biscuits
Tried this location since it closer to where I live (usually go to the Arlington one). There were some tables that were not cleared although it was not busy, it was not the cleanest and service was just not what I expected when compared to other locations.The timing of bringing out the food/drinks was off. We received our salads after the entree.I would hope this was just a one off or due to lack of staff but hope it gets better.Would prob not visit this particular location again.
Me and two of my teens dined in during a late lunch hour. I ordered water for us lemon on the side we already knew what we wanted so we placed our order as my son was choosing his entree he wasn't sure on side choice she said sides in a louder voice and flipped impatiently on his menu and then he chose. 1st rude act uncalled for. Server name is May. Let me state I'm well aware of short staff in general so that is not the issue I was willing to be patient the rudeness is a whole other thing.She continued to take orders and this is when I heard the difference the next table was placing their order and when it came to the sides she the same server we had May mentioned every side on the menu as a nice server should. The only difference happened to be that the other guests were black and we weren't. Sad truth Racism is high everywhere.I dont understand it but we endured it. Time lapsed and May came back with water and bread and our salad I asked for the lemons again straws and hot water. She stayed gone for a while so I went to the bar and asked for the lemons and straws. It wasn't just me who saw her rudeness my children were like why is she so rude? I couldn't figure out except she I could've asked for another server but instead I gave her the benefit of the doubt. She came with our dishes I asked for the hot water again for our silverware. She already seemed bothered but I kept being cordial. I lost my patience but still stayed waiting for us to complete this horrible dining experience. I filled out the mini survey on the kiosk self check out and asked for paper receipt, then I asked her where is it she said it's at the front. I asked for manager explained our disappointment and how she was rude he heard me I said she seemed very short with us and talked it up with some other guests who happened to be black scenario explained above I said she was racist against us he stated he didn't think so. He didn't really hear me out.The manager Aaron said he would discuss the matter I said the food was good the customer service was horrible
Our family had a great time here. Food was hot and delicious. The waitress Nautica was so nice and attentive. The staff greeted us as we walked in also very nice warm hearted people. This was our first time at this location and we'll visit again next time we are in the area.
Food was good BUT no lemonades, salads, cole slaw, no broccoli and no baked potatoes. Calamari was amazing! And trust me I'd give it a 4 if the other items were available. I do understand why so we will be back.
