I don't know what has happened to this place , here lately no matter what time of the day I go the chicken breast have no crust and taste old like more than 4 hrs held I rate them 0.
Horrible service and management and the security is a joke he dont do nothing but sit and eat and talk. The whoke place is worthless.
I always get the Popeye spicy chicken sandwich! Its so good ? Also fast and nice service.
Visited Dec 24 for carryout. Ordered 3 piece chicken.... among other things. Took a long time for food.But what draws the 2 stars was what they put in the box. See attached picture. I paid $1.40 more for the 3rd piece. It was a small, overcooked wing with almost no meat at all. Just a tiny sliver of meat. Just basically bone and breading. I guess they were proud enough of this to put it in my box.
This happened on December the 9th 2021 an approximately 4:00 pm It's this one Hispanic cashier lady who is an older worker she's been working at Popeyes Chicken for some years she always rushing people and saying what's next what's next what's next she always getting people order wrong and she act like she don't understand English or what you're saying I had to come back up to Popeyes Chicken because she didn't get my order right this is not the first time this has happened but this is all the time I don't know why the manager still have her working for him he needs to monitor her when he's there I have been in Duncanville for several years and I have noticed that she keep doing this and it's not being addressed they also have new workers that are doing the excellent job getting the food out but the older cashiers are horrible customer service is everything I have witnessed her talk to African-American people very rudely but when it comes to Hispanics she is very calm and talks to them very nicely this is why a lot of people don't come to this one anymore I would rather drive to Grand prairie to get hot food and great customer service and another thing you need to teach your workers to stop cooking those biscuits like a hard rock I don't understand how y'all are running out of spicy chicken and y'all are a chicken place but this is the reason why I don't like franchise business.
I had chicken tenders and they were a little tough. I think they had been setting a while. I also had the Mac and cheese and it was wonderful. Hot and very tasty.
Employees are always nice and friendly and the food is always on point. I live in far North Dallas (Jupiter & Northwest Hwy) there's a popeyes on the corner, but I refuse to eat there any longer. I will only eat Popeyes when I'm on that side of town for the weekend and when Im headed back home i stop and pickup chicken to take back to my side of town....their the best. Kuddos !!!
The staff was friendly, the service was quick and my fries were fresh.
Came here for the Thursday Daily Meal Combo . Martha wanted to charge me 2.41 for gravy when it comes with the combo. But in the picture it comes with the combo for 4.99 . Martha said gravy don't come with it but clearly it's advertised on the window. Very disappointed in Martha she don't know her store specials .So as she keep saying Thursday meal don't come with gravy . I didn't even buy nothing just went next door to churches chicken. Do not Visit this location.(Update) so Church's chicken gave me 2 diff gravy's for my mash potatoes and chicken fried steak Free of charge
I have four clients that I take care of and they love to go to Popeyes every Friday to eat
