Wanted to dine in but the employee at the door told us they are closed, but we see people eating inside the restaurant. Employee told us to go drive thru. We went on drive thru and ordered a 4 piece combo mild.When I got to the window I asked attendant if they are open and she said yes., told attendant that one of the employee told us that they are closed. They apologized and asked us to come in which I declined. Anyway we got our order and went home . When we get home my order of a mild 4 piece was a actually a 4 piece spicy , my rice and beans was missing. I don’t eat spicy food so I have to throw away the food in the thrash. Folks Do NOT go to this location. This is the worst place I have ever been service is very bad . If there is zero rating I would give 0 I was furious because I live 7 miles from the location and didn’t want to go back.
One of the worst experience I've had at any Popeyes. This location is doesn't honor senior discount. They it says online 55 and older. They asked for my identification. And said I had to be 65 for them to honor. The other locations never asked for all that. First and last time going there. Only gave a star because I had to rate
I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was old I returned it instead I asked for a two-piece dark one of the pieces were fresh one of the other pieces were old and the rice was mediocre. Now I'm not used to this from Popeyes but this location has more than a one occasion disappointed me with the freshness of their food. I've given them many chances before and I'm annoyed bc they are close to my home. Won't be going back.
The young lady who was working the drive-thru was very rude and disrespectful. Her other co-worker was unable to hear or take the order because she continued to mock how the previous customer was talking. If she wanted to exemplify that behavior she should have turned her headphones and mic off.The chicken was not fresh.Rude rude rude
Had to wait in line for an hour today, was told that there weren’t anymore tenders ready and had to wait 8min which ended up being a hour. Went inside to see what the problem was and there was 10 people standing inside waiting. The young girls that were there were on their phones and eating (VERY UNSANITARY TO DO WHILE BEHIND THE COUNTER INFRONT OF CUSTOMERS)while a very much older lady was making and preparing things in her own. A lot of people were getting frustrated watching the young girls not do anything while there was a rush going on. I ended up getting my food and once settled we realized food was still missing so we had to go back in and continue to wait. This location is way to slow.
I live in Cedarhill and drive to this location because they are fast and efficient. They are professional..The Cedarhill location gets my order wrong more often than not.I called to advise that my order was incorrect and got no apology. I never get a thank you..I don't mind driving to the Duncanville location..Thanks guys, Job well done..
Chicken was nice and juicy. Only thing that was OK were the biscuits, too dry for my taste. Other than that it was perfect!
Parking lot area clean and full of light. Drive through line pretty swift and moving constantly. Unfortunately our food wasn’t hot it was literally warm nearly cold. Appeared nice just wasn’t hot
The service was quick this time, however, the famous chicken sandwich I decided to try for myself was one that had been cooked (what tasted/felt like) 15 minutes prior to me ordering. I hate the way our food service is on this side of town. I understand workforce shortages but that does not excuse lack luster food quality. I should've realized something was fishy when they employees eyes got big when I tasted my fries.
Out of all sides except for Cajun fries. Ordered a spicy chicken and got regular chicken and the drinks cost almost as much as the sandwich, not to mention a half gallon is cheaper than a large drink. Doesn't make sense. I won't be back.
