A while back I ordered a Pizza Hut Pizza Hut pizza for home delivery. It was never delivered and I called the store and they told me that they did not have a driver so I went to the store. When I got there they told me that they had one like I ordered that just came out of the oven and whould I take that so I did. We get home And realize the pizza is inevitable I called their customer service 3 separate occasions and was tand and we're told that someone would get back with me they have yet to do so I will never order from Pizza Hut again.
This location sent a frivolous message saying my order was delivered and will not answer the phone.I've been on hold for 20:45 and drove to the store while on hold.secondly the manager tells the clerk he put my order on door dash which I did not give him permission to put my personal information and sensitive information to another system or vendor. I specifically chose not to use door dash due to theft issues.Now I feel my personal information was compromised.This is the second issue we had with this location with our food coming up missing.
The Manager at this location is Awesome! I placed an order over the phone and my order was sent to the wrong location. After speaking to Ray, he made everything right! And my Pizza was amazing! The girl at the window… not so Customer Service friendly. But overall, I’m a satisfied customer!
Can't give a zero. The worst delivery service ever, can't even deliver to a business with parking clearly marked for food delivery. Then say it's policy not to deliver to those businesses. Where is that policy statement when ordering and your taking my money. Whose the customer here!!!
Ugh I wish I could give a negative 5 stars to this location. The whole staff from the shift managers to the associates needs to be trained correctly. How you don’t know your own promotional deals? This location always gets something wrong with my orders. I request extra marinara every time I order and guest what my pizzas never have extra sauce.
Very GHETTO! They barely wanna take your order when you come in and it took forever for one medium pizza. Employees stand in the back asking “have someone helped them” and being on their phones. Will definitely choose a different location next time!
One of their employees started texting me after he delivered to me, and told me that he had been watching me. I called Pizza Hut to complain about the incident, and because of that, they won’t allow ME to order from them anymore. LADIES BE CAREFUL!!!!
I ordered beef, red onion & bell pepper on my pizza. When I got home with my order no bell pepper was on the pizza just beef & red onion. I called the store 4 times and no one ever picked up.
Called my order in on 1/15/2022 @ 3:00pm...was told to pick up in 15 minutes. When I got to the drive through window, I was asked to come into the store, which I declined because I had on my house coat and slippers (I mean, what is a drive through for except to come as you are) anyway, Was told to move because another car was behind me, she said she could not bring my order to my car. I told her that I should have been told on the phone about not being able to pick up at the window. She became so angry with me that I told her to just give me a refund, and just as I gave her my receipt, another staff member brought my pizza to the window and tried to give it to me and the female staff member stopped him and said I am giving her a refund. She was determined that I wasn't getting that pizza....Well, I won't be treated like this again....This was a third strike for the Cedar Ridge Store!
I order pizza online for a 6:45pm pick I arrived at exactly 6:45pm there so many boxes of pizza already made sitting on the table and mines was one of them. My pizza was not hot and did not taste freshly made out the oven. I left with a semi warm pizza by the time I made it home my pizza was completely cold and I am only 5 minutes from pizza hut
