This is the worst experience I've ever dealt with from a pizza place! I ordered at 4:07! Called the store around 5:14 pm because the pizza tracker still said "making" and wanted to know if there was an issue. Waited for 30 minutes for someone at the store to answer, only for them to tell me they hadn't started making the order yet. They told me it would be about 20 minutes. I tried to cancel but nobody from the store was authorized to refund and order apparently! So I said continue with the order! I called back around 630pm to inquire again, and they answered and hung up immediately 3 times! It is now 7:20 p.m. and I have not received my order yet! I have called the corporate number to file a complaint, as they've charged me for the order and they seem like they had no intention of making it! Do yourself a favor and save yourself some headaches! Stay away from this place! Do not order from this place! It feels like they're all a bunch of amateurs who don't know what they're doing. Avoid at all cost. ZERO stars!!
I’ve stopped eating at this Papa John’s years ago and recently tried it out to see if it changed. In my opinion they have stepped up their game and have not disappointed me yet. Well last night we placed an order for pick up , we waited 15 to 20 mins before heading out to pick up . Papa Johns is about 3 mins away or so. Husband got there and there was a wait . When he got to the counter they apologized and told him it would be 10 mins. Husband said “no problem”. There was only one person at the time working. He was answering phones, taking orders front walk ins , giving out orders and making orders.I started to worry about my husband so I texted him if he was okay and he stated to me what was going on. I said “ I hope people are treating him okay and not getting on to him about the long wait. They are probably short staffed tonight”. Right when my husband got our pizzas the delivery person walks in to help ease the wait.Great job to the two gentleman that did what they could with what they had. He was so very nice and respectful. Before my husband left he thanked them and told him to have a great evening.Not to mention my order was delicious and HOT !!!!Please understand a lot of these places are short staffed and the ones that actually show up are doing the best they can with what they have. Be a little understanding and kind to people that have to work in situations out of their control .
I ordered 57.35 worth of food and only got one pizza and have been on the phone for 32 minutes trying to reach the store. The order was also 25 minutes late. Like what the hell no one answered the phone for 32 minutes are you serious. Well not be ordering from her ever again.
Idk If I went around the wrong time but most of the orders were wrong and they do not answer the phone
Have ordered at this location twice. Guy accepting the phone order was very nice and professional. Picked up my pizza and was very satisfied with service and taste. Definitely my go to for take-out pizza.

The driver is rude, uneducated and argues with customers. they were running behind and specifically called and asked my about apartment directions and still delivered to the wrong house. when calling to fix the issue the driver was rude and insisted that it wasnt their issue. how is that okay customer service?
Don't know what is going on with this store. They closed early Tuesday night (09-28-21) because they did not have any drivers. I placed my order... tracked it after 30 minutes and saw it was cancelled. Try to order pizza Friday (10-01-21) app would let me order at this store. Better pizza places in the area.

This place just needs to shut its doors DoorDash is such a joke with this place. 1ST, HE ENJOYED A FREE AT SOMEONE'S EXPENSE (PIC ATTACHED). 2ND, We've had 3 deliveries in the last 2 months done completely wrong & we even call to assure that we speak to a manager to oversee our order to avoid this & our orders are so simple to begin with. Last night put the cherry on top/straw on the horses back & whatever other saying you can think of...Our free pizza for a screwed up prior
