Update: I had a chat with the owner. Plus I placed another order. This one was much better and the owner took steps so hopefully this wont happen again.The chain has great food. This location is very unpredictable. It could be great or bad. It depends on who they have in the back on any given day. The previous order had to be remade. This last order was mixed. The pizza was great. The sandwich was poor. It was supposed to be 'toasty'. I have had their sandwiches before and they are usually what I order. This one was more like 'charcoaly' and burnt. They had to know it was burnt when they wrapped it up. But rather than remake it they decided it was OK to deliver.
I am always on the hunt for amazing pizza in Dallas, Tx. This was my first time visiting Mr. Jim's pizza and I will say it was really good actually. I usually get extra cheese on my pizzas, but this is super cheesy and the sauce proportion is Awesome! Hot and delicious crust, and wonderful customer service.I gave it 4 stars because I like a thinner crust and the pizza is a bit oily and had to dab every slice with a napkin. Other than that, loved the XL Pepperoni for $17
Very good experience at checkout. Very creepy out of the way location near warehouses. Order was completed before 15 minute timeframe. Pizza is super greasy and by the time I return home the bottom of box had grease absorption. What the unhealthy can do for a pizza makes a tasty meal. I would order again should I feel the need to lubricate my belly again.

Please understand ?, This restaurant is the only reason Mr. Jim's Pizza Exist... Never have I Ever had a bad experience at this location. Outstanding Food along with Outstanding Customer Service ? ? ? ? This is a rare time when 10 Stars are needed. Even then I would give them 20.... Just to make my point Very Clear... I live less than a minute from my closest Mr. Jim's pizza. I have never been back to that location after the Outstanding experience I had at Big Stone Gap. Stop ✋ wasting your money ?.
Front register girl was delightful and answered all of our questions we gave her a huge tip on leaving she was so surprised

They messed up my order and wouldn't remake it on a day that was convenient for me to return. "Sorry, we don't do credits." I've been here often but don't plan on returning for a long while.9/9/21 Came back and they messed up another order. Asked for extra olives….received no olives. Check your orders or you’ll have to waste a trip back to the store. Won’t be back for a long time.
Today was my first time having Mr. Jim’s pizza. My family and I really enjoyed the pizzas we ordered. It definitely exceeded my expectations. Only reason for a 4 vs 5 is because of sauce…. Next time I’ll ask for “light” sauce. Overall good customer service, fresh ingredients and yummy pizza. Nice break from big chains!
