Would give no stars if I could to just leave a review. I went here yesterday at 11:55pm just for someone to come on the speaker to say they are closed. When clearly it states the drive thru is open 24 hours as well as it states the time as 24 hours on google. On top of that I guess they are always busy because when I called them that night as well as before I made this review the line was busy. It’s a no thank you for me!
It's to bad you can't give them negative stars.Four employees where standing at the front counter and they where more concerned with talking with each other than helping customers. We just ended up walking out without any food.
The Supervisors are RUDE.THEY IGNORE YOU WHEN YOU GO IN. THERE IS HARDLY A CASHIER ST POST. EXPECT YOU TO ONLY USE THE KIOSKI'M NOT GOING IN AGAIN!!I'LL USE MY MCD APP. AND WAIT IN THE CAR
The breakfast girl that takes your cc is very nice and professional, however the crew that gives you your order are not friendly or amicable. They seem angry about having to be there.
Super quick service, food was correct and good. If only the 20-something young man would of said anything at the 2nd window. Not here is your food, have a nice day-nothing!I said ty and have a great day. He just closed the window as if I woke him from his nap.It’s simple to me if you aren’t happy with your job-find another- but by all means STOP TREATING CUSTOMERS POORLY.It’s really a shame because the woman at the first window were wonderful. They need to illuminate him!
Schedule says open 24 hours. Pulled up at midnight on Monday and lady working the drive thru says they are closed 12-5:40 am. Don’t know how true this is but oh well.
2/15/22 10:45pm the young guy that takes the order and money has really good customer service however the lady who pass you the food and give out condiments is horrible…Being polite go a long way when dealing with customers who spend money with you!!! However I don’t have to spend my money here again….
This is by far, the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. And if you’ve eaten at McDonald’s, you know just how it can be. For one, majority of the staff is nothing but a bunch of kids playing and not taking anything serious. Secondly, I waited like 20 minutes for a super simple order. And lastly, they managed to mess up every single order before mine. Please do better!
I was ordering a hot n spicy break menu and I asked for my fries to be cooked to order. She was confused and didn’t understand what cooked to order meant. My fries weren’t cooked to order and they barely gave me any fries. This is ridiculous and they need to step it up. Therefore they get a 1 star out of me !
This McDonald's had always struggled with getting orders correct, professionalism, and staff. No one is held accountable,. It's clear it's poor management.
