Manager at 3pm was quite nice with greeting and smile. Newer updates and kiddie playground. Enjoyed my late breakfast.
Horribad. Waited in drive thru line ordered our food got up to the first window the lady ignored my driver so we assumed that people were paying at the second window. When we finally got to the second window they had told us our order was deleted. Then told us to just drive around again. Ridiculous so our lunch was wasted and then sold us sodas just to tell us they don't know why they sold us sodas because they have no soda available... Offered us shakes, but "the shakes are coming out thin." No thank you. All in all the only thing I can say is (cue circus music).
Drive thru moves pretty quickly, however condiments didn't make it into the bag after two separate requests. Otherwise, good service.
Great service. The manager takes the time to make sure that as a customer i am happy with the service and welcomes me back again
Went through the drive thru didn't find our order was wrong everyone makes mistakes but not every day this is the 4th time in a row
This location is bad .. no matter how many times I give a chance..always awful fries n they take forever.. only cuz is live close... I really try not to go to this location off 20 /Duncanville
The people there are nice and follow ditections well. The food is good and the best part about it that its McDonald's!
Wow I'm still in lobby. Stopped in for a Mcplant on the way to Waco. Really haven't done McDonald's in years. The Hi-C wasn't working, was almost scared to ask for help because past experiences people get attitudes or act like your a nuance when it's busy. But these ladies were on it, they actually cared to have everything working properly. I might actually become a McDonald's customer again. Thanks for the great customer service!
Waited one hour for service, got charged and they had no idea that we had order, manager even told us “you sure you ordered here?”…really?
This was by far the best McDonald's we have been to! Clean. The kindest, most attentive, sweet manager!!!If I lived in the area, and owned a business, I'd try to hire her in a heartbeat!
