I just left Louisiana catfish with a three piece the fries were soggy which I don’t understand. I was told it would take 15 minutes I was there 45 minutes poor poor customer service. Trying to support black businesses but I refuse to support any business black or otherwise that the quality of service and the quality of the food is not what it should be. I will not ever come back again I’m sure they will not miss me and I will not miss them.
Really delicious fish and chicken with fries. I just wished the pickles and jalapeños were in a zip lock back. I have a little pickie eater.
My first time trying this place last night because it’s close to me. I spent 40 dollars on DARK, HARD, DRIED pieces of what was suppose to be catfish. Fries looked like they came out the garbage from yesterday! We couldn’t eat them. I wasn’t even bothered by the playing that was going on. If anybody reads this review DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE AND SPEND MONEY!!! I don’t see how these people are on here giving them good reviews. THIS PLACE IS TRASH! And they don’t seem to be bothered about negative reviews or customer satisfaction.
Bad customer service!! Called order in for fish steaks and they said yes we have them. Arrived, paid and waited for 35 minutes for them to tell me we are out of steaks. They got one star because I've had the food before but this was ridiculous! What was the point of calling in a order to wait 35 minutes, on top of driving 20 minutes to walk away with nothing? A waste of my gas and time!
Negative Zero stars! Worst so called employees! A burnt beetle with gold teeth, red shirt and hat behind the window told me they closed..I asked what time you close he smirked hard sticking his head out at me said we closed (again).. so wow..it took everything in me to just walk away! This was on a Friday night around 10:20pm! I was mad the whole night but I did find a great place to get fish and chicken the same night who is serving people food and not drugs and oils smdh
Fish and Shrimps do not have no seasoning and they both are soggy. The jalapeño tastes old. It is nasty and I want my $23 back for this lousy food
Love them hush puppies and catfish! Every time I'm in Duncanville it a must. Don't always get out there since I'm in Denton county.
Just so you know....if you place a call-in order they do not drop your order until you get there and pay....WORTH THE WAIT!

Customer service was awesome and food was great the fish Strips. But the fries were hard over cooked and greasy. But I would recommend it's a good place to eat.
