Ordered crispy but didn't check order before leaving. Opened dinner once home to discovery regular. ☹️ Pleasant staff though.
It was good.. the service was friendly, accommodating, they allowed us to substitute, the chicken was fresh.. couldn't give 5⭐ because the mashed potatoes were off. The were a strange orange color and the biscuits were a little hard. It's hard to get everything perfect, it's fast food. But they were almost 5⭐! Thanks KFC!
The biscuit was hard as a rock. I was so disappointed because I look forward to having my biscuit with honey???

Worst service and chicken. I went an hour before they closed. I was told we not cooking anymore hot wings. The chicken was old and cold. And they had an attitude. They should be happy to be working. KFC I’m waiting for a comment or a response.
