I hate that it has came down to me posting a bad review ,Being that this is the second time this happens I have no trust .... I got a sourdough jack asked for extra pickles was charged 40 cents cool no problem but I only get 3 pickles smh.....and mind no tomatoes but did they deduct 50 cents for that nope ...I have to travel to another one in another city now to get my Jack Fix...
My God I tell you they worship Joe at Jack in the box now. I was starving. I was in need of some help because I was weak and tired and need to supplement. I ordered my usual jumbo jack meal. Thought Lord had answered my prayer but was dealing with some cruel employees who put Joseph Pierson 's waste in my fries. Why I don't know why they did that except I wish these people would think. I was tempted to return the food and request a refund but the Lord whisper gently and said don't. I had no food. My husband Andrew did nothing to help. I should be trying to feel hatred and a nonchalant mood for this extremely wicked generation.
Sat in line for 10 minutes then told closed yet 24 hours drive thru. Lost bout 4 customers because I had people behind me move saying I was told closed by female on speaker. I asked for manager because I thought it wasn't true but no one would speak to me anymore.
The night crew works hard. Big ups to the whole night crew, this doordash driver appreciates you all.
Went through the drive thru after 12 a.m. and if I ever come back I will only do so before certain time. I ordered cokes for both meals and it tasted like root beer for both drinks. They male worker halfway opened the drive thru window to hand me my food...umm I paid for my food and I'm not sick why in the heck do you act like I have cooties or something. I'm pretty sure if someone did that to him he wouldn't like it. After tasting my drink and them deciding not tell me they substituted the flavor and acting as if I have the plague I didn't even want the food. The sad part is nothing was probably wrong with the coke dispenser they just did whatever.
3rd time here after midnight and they say they aren’t taking orders. Not sure why they are open with the lights on, if they aren’t offering food then close.
At night the food is horrible and customer service is awful. Found a real long hair in my sandwich tacos were under cooked when I called the store to let them know how I wanted my order because I did it through DoorDash they were rude and hung up on me and didn’t even acknowledge what I said in one of my order just hung up so when I called back they were even More rude and it’s just an all-around bad experience
Very polite and attentive staff. Love the eggrolls and salads.
Food was pretty good. My chicken was overcooked but I added taco sauce and it made it way better. I also didn't like that there was a lurker in the location.
I would like to give zero ⭐, i usually stop around 4 to 4:30 am cuz work overnight shift, trying to get something to eat, the guy a that time never wants to work, i stop in purpose just to see if gonna say the same excuse, system down, is not gonna come up until the other shift would come to work, don't know his name, but is an African American guy, a lazy guy, i feel sorry about it, bit if they don't want to do their job, just don't get a job and leave the opportunity to someone else who would be able to work, this happens at 4:32am on January 7 2022 hope whoever is in charge do something about it, is loosing customers every day and night....
