Called at 8:30 person won't give name she said pizza is already out for delivery. Called at 8:49 same lady says she is the manager says my order is next up for being delivered but yet told me first time my order was already out for delivery. Try to make it seem like I was making it up. I said you are the manager and handling Customer's like this. This is the second time I have order from this location and first I cancelled. I am tired of these fast food places making excuse.
Bird is literally the best thing to happen to this location. His customer service is impeccable!Very friendly, engaging & makes you want to come back!My order was cancelled & he took care of me anyway! This store needed him a long time ago!!
I placed my order online and received a call immediately from the new general manager letting me know that unfortunately he didn’t have a driver but if I wanted to pick up my order he would make the pizza and give me a discount. I decided to pick up the order and when I got there the pizza was ready. He was very nice and let me know there would be changes in the way the store would be operated. When I got home the pizza was still hot and perfect. This was the best pizza I have had from this store. I am looking forward to ordering more pizzas if this is how they will be.
$7.99 for 5 cheese dip. I went to dip the hard bread in and scrapped oily burnt top cheese. They need an overall cause the 3 workers their were struggling to get order made correctly with no manager on shift.
After doing a corporate complaint the store manager contacted me and with a very monotone response as he didn't care. He gave me a store credit and remade the order they had messed up a week ago. It took them again 2 hour to deliver my pizza and the order was still incorrect. The chicken looked like someone dropped it and didn't care. The pizza was burnt and cold. If the manager doesn't want to provide good customer service he should look for a new job. This is the worst customer service I have experienced from a local Domino's.
I use to order from here all the time and had no issues. We placed an order yesterday for 3 pizzas. All 3 pizzas were dry and hardly had any sauce on them. I'm not sure if they ran out of sauce or what.
Used to order here all the time. Never had issues. Not sure if theyre understaffed now or what. Ordered delivery at 12:03. Its 2:23 & I'm still waiting. Ordered take out 2 weeks ago and they lost my order so i had to wait 20 minutes for them to remake, after id been in the store for 10 minutes after the tracker said it was done. That order was actually free. Because they gave me a free pizza for my previous delivery taking 2 hours. So for me, this is a three strikes situation.
Ordered 2 lg 1 topping pizzas and 1 chicken alfredo at 6:06pm tonight. Called at 8:10pm asking for update since the tracker said it was out on delivery since 7:22pm. Person who answered confirmed it was out for delivery. Pizza arrived at 8:20pm cold and burnt! The chicken alfredo bowl was less than half empty. Never again will I order from here! Management would not give discount or credit but instead said to bring food back myself and put in a new order. RIDICULOUS! Why would I wait another 2hrs for same service and poor quality!
Im sure the people at this store could care less about their reviews, so im writing this so that hopefully anyone contemplating ordering Dominos from this specific location will think twice. Driving an extra 10-15 minutes to the next nearest dominos would be well worth your time. They are a lousy crew of workers who would be better fit working somewhere that has nothing to do with customer service or preparing food. We ordered 40 pizzas for our staff and 40 pizzas will be thrown away. Yes they were made THAT badly
Very Rude and Dysfunctional Crew . The Young Hispanic lady at the front desk with the apple ear pods was very Rude. She don't even know where my order was and very unwelcoming. All the crew is very young which makes perfect sense to why all the order that night were made incorrectly. Waste of my time an drive due to my order wasn't created before my arrival but the pizza tracker screen stated that my order was ready but wasn't made this is ridiculous.
