I ordered a hunger buster and let me say I waited over 35-40 minutes and the burger was cold had mustard and I wanted only mayo it was nasty and fries where cold and I PAID for this I didn’t get it for FREE so I’m a very disappointed customer. It has gone down hill on service for this last 6 months. I hate not getting hot food that I spent my time waiting for and for it to be cold and not as I ordered y’all need to do better.
We went on a Saturday night to get ice cream I ordered 4 blizzards to 2 Cotton Candy, 1 Mint and a Chocolate Brownie blizzard they tasted horrible wasn't mixed properly tasted they tasted watery and it took them 40 minutes to make 4 blizzards the young people that work at night act like they don't care and they're dont have good customer service skills I have enclosed 4 pictures of each blizzards down below very upsetting.
NEVER AGAIN!! I had a gift card from Christmas and thought what the heck. Cold burger and fries tossed in my bag. Staff was not friendly. Ordered through drive through and asked to go around to the front. They took forever to the point I had to get off and the staff looked at me like they didn’t know about my order. I should have known better!
Horrible customer service. Absolutely no friendliness. No dine in option. No walk up window. Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes to find misty freeze machine broken. Has been for months.
I waited for an hour for an ice cream cone. The line was out in the street and it wasn't due to the food being so delicious. It seemed as if they were short-staffed and did not manage their line. Do better
Ordered my daughter a kids meal caught this as she was about to take a bite.... I wasn't about to go back but I called to inform them of this and to check their breads but of course no answer.
They didn't have the advertised deal so instead of paying $6 for a meal and sundae it cost me almost $10 for just the meal. I barely ate it. Fries were terrible burger was very thin they fill it up with lots of lettuce and pickles. My tomatoes were green and to top it off they ONLY serve vanilla the most tasteless of all ice cream. Apparently they are not serving brown ice cream in the south. Not a surprise. Staff was just ok no smile or politeness just matter of fact. Will never go to a DQ again
And another great snack stop!!! Always fresh and made to order!!! They put in 200% effort ~Always!!! Tacos & burritos were so very tasty!!! And chocolate dipped cones of course were AMAZING
I like coming here cause the staff is friendly. The food is made to order plus they have Taco ? Tuesday. They do keep their Bathrooms clean ??
Sad to Share the food was so Cold & the 3 Taco's , no cheese on them , but they were so bad .. They went to the trash can - total waste of money .. Limp shells, oh yeah nothing was in the taco shell was all in bottom of the box .. Guess , I will know better next time ! ??????
