We're glad to have this new Chipotle here so close. Staffing may be an issue, nonetheless, we placed our order in the app during off peak times and I drove right up to the window to get the order. Great!
Usually love Chipotle. This is a newer location. Drive through line was long. Inside line was long. Many customers standing around waiting on food from the kitchen. I decided to go ahead and wait. This location needs some help. Service was weak. Portions were off AKA skimpy compared to other locations. See photo. For the prices they charge I expected more. The chips were OK but the bag was only 20% full. I understand the bag is never filled. But 20%???? The bag stands 10 inches tall but the chips were less than 2 inches on the bottom. Really Chipotle???
Ordered online 15 min before. Showed up 10 min after window to be told it would be 10 more minutes. 35 mine to make 2 burritos is insane. Went inside and only had 3 people in line. Would avoid this location for online order
I really enjoyed this Chipotle!!! The portion sizes are a little smaller than the other location in my area! It was delicious ....
How the hell they just opened but always out of veggies or rice when I go. Then they don’t tell you they’re out of anything they just make whatever.The digital pick up is a JOKE could’ve walked in and had them make my food for the 26 minutes I sat in line. Hate this location & workers already !!!!!!! PATHETIC.
I’ve came to this Chipotle 3 times hoping they would finally get the hang of things but they are never prepared!! Never have any other meat but chicken out and can’t seem to keep the place clean. The workers need to be trained better in all areas.
Understaffed. Traffic on drive thru pick up, traffic on inside for pick up as well as for regular order. Ladies been working hard but could not break the line. Its not like they were slow, but the customers volume was very high. They need someone for online order.
Ordered 2 salads with the new chicken they have on the app. I was so excited to try it…. Well they got all the components correct except the most important part….. THE CHICKEN!! There was not an ounce/crumb of chicken in either salad. Now I’m sitting here eating a veggie salad. Yes, yes I should of checked but I had just gotten off of work and I was in a hurry.Pick up was supposed to be at 12 PM and it wasn’t ready until almost 12:15 PM. It took them 15 minutes longer than the “promised” time and they did not realized they forgot the chicken.I also asked for napkins and utensils but they didn’t put any in the bag.Moral of the review. Check and double check your food before walking out the door.I was able to contacted chipotle and they gave me 2 free entrées. The highlight of this lunch.
Got here on opening day. It's very clean and the service was great. The cashier was very nice and helpful. The dining area is small, lots of parking, and they have drive through for pick up. Everything seems to be in order and service is really quick. Would definitely come back again!
I am pretty stoked about this brand new chipotle in my neighborhood and made sure to go the first chance I got. The place is a little small but very clean and the food was good.The dine in service was not what is should have been though. There were only two people in line counting myself but the young lady on the veggies was really not paying attention at all to what she was doing so it took several minutes to get my burrito.
