Came in here on a Friday evening and it was packed out (which unfortunately means that the tables and counters were filled with trash that the staff didn’t have time to clean up). Braum’s prices are still quite low and the employees were friendly and quick! Would love to see this place cleaned up, but I understand the staff seemed stretched thin. Tip: The line is usually shorter inside if you are deterred by the long line of cars in the drive through.
I am appalled to how many negative reviews this Braum’s has received, and yet nothing has been done about it. I’m ashamed to say this place is in our community. I visited the location and this is what I saw. The ice cream that was in drive through set there for as long as I did asking to speak with a manager. No real luck with that. When management came I asked her what was the allotted time to receive your food and she asked me to wait a minute so she could check.That took 12 minutes, and when she finally re-appeared I asked her again what was the time? She said something like 3 mins, well…I was there for at least 20 minutes and some other ppl about 30 min. And the ice cream in drive through they gave it to the customer. I am so ashamed of this place, other Braum’s I’ve frequented are well ran and treated with greater respect. While management was in the back checking on “time” I started asking other employees what the managers name was, they said to me they didn’t know…I am aware that it’s very difficult to be in a management role, however his place is ridiculous and makes our community look like a joke!!! Someone please come and help this place!
You can tell the kids there were new. They can be seen dancing behind the counter at times. You walk up and ask for more condiments they want to give you packages. You explain nope please refill the dispenser, and you walk away and they all just stand there looking at you. Looking so hard at you that they don't realize paper is all on the floor, leading to the front door. There was also no toilet tissue in the restroom. Like I said they seemed all new. The food was delicious, so I think I'll stick to the drive through at this location.
This is one of the WORST LOCATIONS I been too. It’s ALWAYS DIRTY. You guys NEED MY WORKERS IN THERE. I literally watched who look like a manager clean the ice cream glass with glass cleaner. I know for A FACT THATS NOT HEALTHY. The trash was completely full in the back where the workers are as well as out on the floor no table with cleaned and wipe down the floors are way too sticky you can barely pick up your feet walk No one GREETS YOU WHEN YOU WALK IN. I’m just not understanding why would you close the Cedar Hill location down and make it where this location is OVERLY packed it’s still the same structure and as cedar hill location.
I've been calling this Braums for a week about my hot, no fudge, or nuts sundae. They stay packed, took us 20 mins the day we went to get our order ,and then have the nerve to have a gang of kids and an old guy working the night shift. He sat there at the grocery register, not coming to help none of the little adolescents or customers. Whenever I find the time,I will be pulling that same sundae out my freezer and returning it with receipt in hand. Who makes a sundae with a swiggle of fudge a gang of ice cream and no nuts?!!!! I tried to add my own nuts, but I just couldn't do all that vanilla with no fudge. Who's training these kids? My first job at 15 was braums,so I know about the square dip and all of that good stuff. My sundae was prepared very wrong, and there's absolutely no reason to get something so simple, so wrong
I honestly wish I can give this location 0 stars . We gave this location one last chance to just dissatisfy and just disappoint us. My husband went to get him something to eat since he didn’t eat all day due to a busy day went to get himself a spicy chicken club meal with a chocolate shake with whip cream and a cream1. No bacon2.no bacon and cherry3. Fries weren’t even fullMy husband then proceeded to tell them there’s no bacon and the cashier said “well I told you we didn’t have bacon”She continued to say she told when she didn’t and was saying he was lyingJust completely rude and unprofessionalPOOR MANAGEMENT AND STAFF VERY UNSANITARYDUE BETTER
This location used to be one of the best ones, with a good staff and food. I can't complain about the taste ihe food as it's still good but the staff is absolutely horrible, seems like nothing but teens working here (mostly girls) and they are very rude with PLENTY of attitude. I asked one young lady for spoons, she frowned up at me and and yelled out "huh" I repeated it slowly and louder for her to understand, she rolled her eyes and walked away to get them. They were out of sweet tea in the lobby area so I asked another young lady if she could get me some from behind the counter she yelled back at the cashier for her to do it and walked off to sit down (took her break) ?. I feel like they all need more side by side training from adults. Oh one last thing I had 3 medium fries and they all were only halfway filled so basically I was given a small in a medium box. I will not be returning to this one, even though I've been going here for YEARS!!
My daughter and I went for ice cream. I ordered a uniquely made ? split. They gave me exactly what I asked for, nothing more, nothing less. Thank you. It was ? delicious!
This place is completely dirty! There is old ice cream on everything. They don't clean their drink mixers and just leaves juice from many other drinks on the mixers, never cleaning them. The kitchen looks like the crew is in a rush, but when your next in line but it taken 20 minutes to get helped. It needs major help! Someone's gonna get sick here! DO NOT EAT HERE!
I got the “Spicy Chicken Sandwich” from this location. The chicken was like bitting into a plastic bouncy ball. The fries were dried and hard and I ordered a small strawberry shake and they gave me chocolate… very disappointed. Stick to cheeseburgers!
