So good. I'm not usually a fan of wings around here as I am from the east coast, but somehow Applebee's got them right; every steak combo I have gotten from here so far has been absolutely delicious. Wonderful customer service and great food. Keep it up guys. Sorry I didn't take pictures guys, I will next time. Awesome songs and streaks.
This Applebee's is very unsanitary on the inside. The staff was very nice but the seats, booth, walls all had stains on it . I didn't drink the water because I was afraid to. Plus the glass had a ring around it.
The experience was pleasant than previously. The food was delicious. All of my sisters enjoyed their meal. The Ribeye was great. The atmosphere was nice.
Very good service. Food overcooked and greasy. My we ife had to take paper towels an wipe the grease off her fish. Shrimp was over cooked and tough. My steak was tender but had very little flavor. Won't go back.
This Applebee's was wonderful. I ordered delivery but it switched to pickup somehow. I only have 1 leg and it was after to go order time. The staff was so accommodating and nice. They brought my food out to me still. So nice. I want to give a big shout out to Brittany and Dion. Super nice with a big heart!
This is a bad location! I have never been to a Applebee's that has terrible custome service! The employees are ghetto and rulrd. The manager is a I don't know it see anything wrong type of guy! This location is a embarrassment to this franchise! I will never visit this location again!
The salads were great! I will say that the grilled chicken is better. The appetizer(chicken bites) were good too! They were timely. Good place for curbside service.
This has to be THE WORST Applebee's EVER...Restaurant was pretty empty and people still had to wait for to be seated. Staff saw customers waiting to be seated but ignored them. I had to go to the back to get someone to seat us. I was even ignored by the staff in the back (young lady with braids in a ponytail) who looked directly at me and kept walking...Savoy Smith finally seated us. Food was awful. Ask for check, gave my credit card and was charged a different amount (more) and someone else's check. Alerted Savoy to this, finally charged correct amount.Horrible service, Horrible food, Horrible experience. Completely UNACCEPTABLE!!!
One of the most ghetto applebees there is!!! The manager Pat should be terminated ASAP! I WILL DEFINITELY BE CONTACTING CORPORATE! Customer service absolutely sucks here. If you want quality, I suggest you go north because this is DEFINITELY NOT IT!!
I would have put no stars but had to.. Don't claim to be open until 2 when you actually close at 12:45 a huge waste of my time and everyone else's. I dont have much time with the people I love i don't want to spend it looking for a place to get a snack and a cocktail an hour and 15 minutes before you are supposed to close. I have respect and would have been gone prior to 2 am but your establishment does not have respect for people's time don't work at a place that closes at 2 if you don't want to stay late.
