Saturday, May 14th at 6:43 pm my 15 piece carry out meal for 2 was ready. The carry out bag did not have: ketchup, napkins, straws, or disposable cutlery. The French fries were a single serving and not the large seasoned fries as advertised. I tried to call but someone hung - up on me. I called again and was placed on hold. I just want this restaurant to do better and provide improved customer service. My order number: 9833-4966-6611-2004. -mb
I have been going to this location as well as the Lancaster location to get wings since I live in between both locations and recently my wife and I been to both and the time that we went we experienced something different our orders were perfectly prepared and packed up from the Desoto location there’s a new face that we never seen before he’s a Hispanic Man with glasses that has tattoos he packed up my order to perfection and we were handed our order 7 minutes earlier then the quote time that the young man at the cashier gave me which to us we were amazed by it because we usually waited some minutes passed the quote time on passed visits and for The Lancaster location we went last Sunday 4/3/22 and the same Hispanic Man with the tattoos was there working but this time on that visit I seen he wasn’t bagging the orders he was making the food this time and I was highly impressed with his accuracy and speed when making the orders and when I got my order I checked before I left and I got my wings perfect the wings were sauced completely and had the right amount of wings but hats off to this gentleman with the tattoos he is AMAZING we hope to see him there on our next visit
We called the order in it still took 20 minis to get it after we got there with in 17 min and they said they'd be ready in 15, several people came and went who order wasn't up, but they knew them, when we got it the wings was dry and cold, but the fries ? was warm, yet good ? flavor, and all. will I go back, NO., to high for bad food, and bad service, but if you go, get the fries ?.
I tried this for the first time yesterday. I spent $49.00 on wings that were dried out. Not a little dry but hard to swallow dry. Very disappointed. Pizza places have way better wings than this place. Ordered 40 mins early online and still waited 22 mins for my food. All I was told was " we are waiting for your fries" 22 mins for fries? Lies. It takes 2 mins to cook fries. Don't eat here!
Lady that was at front was very polite .I had forgotten to add 2 sides of fries in my online order and she had no problem adding those to my bag right away. Paid for it, and went home to enjoy my wings .I really appreciate service like that .THANK YOU !!
A very efficient place when it comes to getting good quality wings at a reasonable price. The wing sauce selection was really good, the staff were nice, and the food was good. The downside to the place is that there is no indoor seating and they do not have plans to bring that back anytime soon so it makes it more of a to-go restaurant than an actual restaurant. Good place overall, will be back.
No public restroom usually means no restroom for non paying customers what kind of business is this I pay you money can't even take a you know what kn your bathroom. Little girl had attitude with me working was like it's my 3rd day. She won't last long I can tell Will never be back
I was Missing an order of wings, and fries. When I came to this location they wanted me to bring all my food back for them to replace my food. It was a 50 piece family pack that was ordered incorrectly by the worker. They did not offer any money back or food to be replaced. The wings also had hair on them. I had to purchase an extra set of fries and ranch. Not coming to this location again.

At times this wingstop can truly disappoint but only because they are understaffed.They need more help especially on game days. When everything is good and getting out the food is great but they are understaffed and 3 people cooking cannot complete all of the surrounding area customers orders. There were 3 people cooking and one young lady taking orders, giving orders and answering the phone. It is too much work for such a little staff. THEY NEED HELP !!!
