So I'm reading the reviews and I had to go back to see if we were talking about the same place... My experience was great!!! The food, ( I had wing special with fries and a drink and some fried rice) and the food was great and his customer service was exceptional! I'm real big on customer service and if it's bad, I will 1st tell the employee, and or boss, then write a review. The guy was personable and friendly. I'm a believer in it's how you come at a person and treat them (for the most part anyway). Seems like we probably all had the same guy. He kept asking me if everything was ok and if he needed to fix anything.... Anyway sorry 4 all the other people who had bad experiences,mine was great!! ?? Thank you
Sold my entire family expired wings. I spent my hard earned money on this meat for my children. We ordered 20 pcs in total and after biting the first wing it smell like chicken itself was left over night. The meat was rotten to the bone. We tried to get our money back and he was extremely aggressive and rude. He brought out the receipts of all of his other customers and shouted aggressively and told us to get out and go. Terrible customer service. Do not go here. My children and I now have food poisoning. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Please do not go here. I purchased a simple 10 piece regular wings. The meat smelled like it was spoiled, even though they have a sign that said no refund, clearly the wings were no good. I did not want another batch of wings I wanted my money back.
Chicken is average but the customer service is -1. He was very rude like he was doing us a favor like we weren’t paying customers. Had attitude the whole time, Need to learn how to treat us better if your going to have your business in our community! I will never go back nor would I recommend .
Over priced food and very rude. After paying $25 for two meals I asked for a extra cup for ice and he told me no. Like really? And complained and cussed about customers complaining about his food prices .. and had the nerve to say his food was better than Wingstop. Anywho.. 1st and last time eating here. These people love coming to black communities and ripping us off.
One of the worst places in Desoto. I ordered chicken from there and it wasn't cooked well and went back in to have them redid the owner became very rude and refused to correct his mistake. He also threatened to call the Police on me, so I asked for a refund. He started yelling and screaming get out, get out or I'll call the Police. So, I just left and I left the food on the counter.I'll never spend a dime here again. When I filed a claim with my bank for my money back (because you're not going to treat me like that and expect to keep my funds too) he lied to the bank and stated that he doesn't charge the customer until he gives them there order. So, of course the bank denied my claim, but I'm sure by the way he acts he won't be in business too much longer. Especially threatening to call the Police for his error.Just to think. It use to be a good place when it first opened a few years ago, but it was under a different name and I think his son or someone was running it.

Owner is very rude and has no patience. Called to cancel an order right after it was placed and he just hung up. Not to mention he discourages door dash. The wings are one of my faves but I refuse to order from a Rude owner.
Overpriced...for 8 wings and fries and no drink $16
Food disgusting. No salt or seasoning. High priced. Prices different on Google versus actual store. Unable to order shrimp over the phone. I had to come inside to see the shrimp, pay upfront, then receive my order. Would give 1 Star but gave 2 Stars because he was a Nice guy!
