BEWARE!!! We were given food that had gone bad. Thankfully no one got food poisoning! We took it back. The manager said he would remake the order. He only heated up the food that we returned and put it in new containers. We just threw it away and counted it a loss. If you have to take back an order to be made again, be sure to watch to make sure this doesn’t happen to you. We will NEVER patronize this location again.
Service is pretty good, but establishment is slow an always out of something.
Love the mashed potatoes and corn fritters. My wife really loves the chicken fried steak but it is hard to get it at this location this location is always busy always fresh and always clean and very friendly!!!! We have 1 closer but its worth the extra little drive
Staff is always very nice when we come by. Food is hot and fresh. Can't ask for much more. Yes the line can be long during the day, but let's be real, what place isn't short staffed right now. Be patient and enjoy !
I WISH I COULD PUT NEGATIVE 5 STARS!! This Williams Chicken is horrible. Everybody in the drive through line had to wait 45 mins to order at the window not at the speaker because they said only order at windown and when you get to the window you are told to pull in a parking spot at the front to wait 8 mins for your order, but it took over 15 mins to get the order and then everybody else after us had to do the same. WHY?! There is nobody going into the lobby to order just drive thru. There is 6 workers in there working. WHAT ARE THEY DOING? THEY NEED TO CLOSE DOWN

The drive-thur clerk had a pleasant voice, and he repeated my order back adequately, however, the cashier at the window was rude, the popping of the gum, got on my nerves, and she darn near threw my food out the window! Girl, find you another job!!!!The food was cold too ?
Ordered a #4 with corn fritters and paid $10.69 only to chicken fried steak meal. Do not recommend every time I go there it always something. Try to call no answer Per usual

Whoever the black chick is that works in the Drive-Thru she has crooked teeth short hair she's very unprofessional very rude this location food is disgusting they got to do something about those dry fries with no salt or season
