Management needs to teach their kid employees how to properly serve a drink via the drive thru. Don't overfill it, have it leaking out from the lid & running down the sides, then hastily hand it to the customer like that. Make a mess in the customer's car and that the fastest way you get yelled at. Had that drink been coffee, then that's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Instead, teach your young fellow employees to, either, not overfill the drinks, or use some napkins to clean it up before having it to the customer. It's not that hard!
One of the very first times that they actually ask for your name and verify your order officially from the drive through. Food was good and line was quick.
I ordered breakfast on a bun with bacon added and no egg and they left my sausage patty off I just three it away ibhad no time to get thus corrected
Very slow and mess up orders workers need to be re trained cause they can't read monitors been waiting to long for my order my orders was still wrong night manager amber needs to be re trained as well oh and I could put NO STARS I WOULD while workers was standing around and STILL SLOW AND INCORRECT ORDERS go to cedar hill or pleasant run or duncanville/67
I along with 2 other customers walked into the lobby at approximately 10:48 pm to place orders since the drive through line was moving SLOWLY as always. I waited for a couple of minutes before an employee came out to rudely kick us out and tell us she would not take our order because the lobby was closed. However the doors were unlocked and we were able to walk in and already had been waiting - so I asked her if she would take our orders as a courtesy since we were standing there. She rudely reiterated she couldn't, due to safety reasons and because the lobby was closed.I called the manager and she provided illogical excuses regarding why her employee couldn't take our orders. I along with the other customers lost our places in the drive through line. I have been sitting in the line now for over 10 minutes and still have not even placed my order.Despite the fact that this Whataburger is hands down, the SLOWEST one I have been to in Dallas and they regularly get the orders wrong, their customer service is also consistently sub par. DO NOT patronize this location! If I could give it negative stars, I would.
My experience at this Whataburger was great. Two people at drive-thru window was delightful. I was made aware of the shortage on some items which was OK due to the way it was handled by the lady & man at window. Food was hot, fries was hot. I was good.
Awesomeness!! Friendly, fast services. All employees were quiet behind the counter, no loud talking or goofing off. 1 issue: biscuits and gravy need to be served for dine in way instead of to go way when dinning in, and gravy needs to be served hot, not luke warm.
The cashier had a bad attitude . Never smiledand seemed to be annoyed that we had the audacy to show up . Almost broke my teeth on most of the fries , couldn't eat them , they were almost burned .
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at Whataburger. After a 30min wait in the drive through I received cold food, both beef patties on my patty melt were burned. Returned to replace meal and the night manager Amber was extremely unprofessional, never apologized for my inconvenience and after waiting another 30mins or longer they replaced my meal with yet again another cold meal. The store sharer or General Manager should know this store has horrible, I mean dirt poor customer service. This location is about 3 miles from my home but I will drive a bit further to patron the Whataburger in Cedar Hill Tx. Lastly I had to give at lease one star to post my review.
Just wanted to say that the last few times my family, and I came to this location was pleasant. The Customer Service was perfect and the food was right. This area has poor customer service at most fast food restaurants. So Keep up the good work.
