Though i have had the #8 at other locations, this one was a bit spicy but to my knowledge shouldn't be. But fresh food, well prepared hot. How ever the #9 that was ordered was made incorrectly it was supposed to be a double but it was made as a single, so I ended up giving him the rest of mines, since he was left still hungry from not getting what he should have. But we also understood, bc the line was wrapped around. Bound to get something wrong. On the plus side, he enjoyed it along with mines. Lol they even had HiC grape. Which was a pleasant surprise. They have more flavor drinks then other locations. As you can see it was all ate lol

I visited Wendy's today and the service from the employees and manager were horrific!! I noticed my order was wrong when I got home. Had to drive back and wait in another long line after trying to go inside and call. Dining room was closed and no one.anzwered the phone.I refused to drive off and. Fat Hispanic man came to the window ans said he didn't care and Laughed. It was Unbelievable!! I will never visit this location again and will xontact the corporate office.

Fantastic and quick service. Employees are always kind. Order accuracy varies at time but has been excellent lately.

I ordered a 4 for 4 and paid extra to have medium fries. Upon looking in my bag I notice I have a MEDIUM CARTON for a VALUE FRY. I could literally see the bottom of the fry carton. I informed the guy at the window who informed the manager, a hispanic lady. She proceeds to yell at me and tell me that what I had was a medium fry. After showing her the bag she takes it back and drops the fries IN THE OIL AGAIN AND PUTS THEM BACK IN MY CARTON. I worked fast food previously and im not dumb. She completely disregarded my request that could’ve easily been fixed. Very Nasty/Very Sad. UPDATE : they served me the oldest chicken patty they had back there omg I went to the door and the girl told me I have to wait in this extra long drive thru line to get my order fixed. Never again. Never again. Never again. This is ridiculous.

Very long line to wait, then waited more than usual when we got to order. We ended up leaving after what seemed more than 25 minutes and never ordered. That is way too long for anyone to wait for anything in a fast food restaurant.

I normally love it but today was hard someone ordered 100 burgers I had a long wait However the lady taking the order explained to me what was happening I though that was great

admittedly, I took more bites than I should have but I was ravenous after waiting 35 minutes in the drive thru line. this was the jalapeño popper sandwich and the chicken patty…well, you see it, DRY and tough to eat. it was a sad day.

I am really disappointed. I ordered 3 breakfast meals worth $20 through the mobile app. I arrived to the restaurant and told them I had a mobile order. I waited in the drive thru line for 20 mins only to be told they were out of 2 drinks that I ordered and received cold food. My breakfast sandwich was disgusting, the bacon wasn't fully cooked and had a ton of fat and all of the breakfast potatoes were cold and soft. I will not be visiting this location anymore. This is the second time that this has happened. Please do better.

Fresh ppl with fresh food.Been going to the same Wendy for several years, and it has gradually gotten better. Consistent quality, good service is what I’ve experienced lately. The place is just as clean as the ppl that work there and it’s a great thing to see.It’s usually busy in the evening and unless youre too entitled or impatient it’s worth the wait.If you’ve ever worked in fs you can appreciate the effort.Spicy Chicken combo with Dave’s Double & Frosty
