I always go after work-approximately 7pm..Usually Josh, the cook is there and any of 3 young ladies I see throughout the week. No matter the young lady, the service is always prompt and they are very friendly as well! Josh’s cooking is always consistently great, and at this point he just remembers my order. So when I walk in, he’s usually already on it!Good looking out Josh ???(fist bump)
Use to come here all the time. Wanted some breakfast at 1 am but when I walked up to the window the lady behind the counter looked at me then started talking to the off duty cop for around a minute then started counting her money never looked up from that. So could not order anything tonight here but I did drive to the waffle house in grand Prarie. Hope she made good money and that is why she was counting her money, Cuz she did not get any from me. Will not be back waste off my time. 0 out of time for customer service and being a human being.
Ordered simple all star breakfast. Sausage was over cooked and hard as puck. Eggs were way under done still slimy. And they forgot my waffle I just ate my toast wich was tore apart not sliced and told her take it back and forget the waffle they forgot. When we first walked in the servers were discussing who would take the tables because non of the tables were clean and our server didn't want a table. She was nice and wiped it down for us but we highly recommend that you DONT VISIT THIS LOCATION.
Great service!! And fast like you would expect at any waffle house. Food was great and the coffee is hot what else can you ask for. I would definitely recommend this location. I will definitely be coming back to this place. The blueberry waffle was perfect.
Very rude. Came to sit down and eat at 4:30pm. We was told that we couldn’t and we can only do to go orders. Even though the sign says this. Other people was sitting and eating. We was told because they were already there.
AVOIDIf you don't want your morning ruined go somewhere else. Specifically during rush hoursBad customer service.No organization.Ignored when you come in.Dont keep track of who comes in first.They made us wait and sat someone who came in after us first and told us to wait until they finish cleaning a different table. We left because we were frustrated. We understood they were busy but manager sucks at organization. No wonder they are looking to always hire -_- Go to IHOP or places in Northest Dallas instead.
This is the best one I've been to by far. The cook is a woman and very good at her job and the entire staff are female and make you feel at home .. highly recommended.
I arrived at 7:58pm … On the door there is a poster that states TO-GO orders start at 9pm and remains TO-GO ONLY until 6am. They refused to let us dine-in even though it was a hour until 9. Went across the street to the Waffle House in Lancaster and arrived at 8:13pm and the welcomed our DINE-IN service with out hesitation . DO NOT GO TO THE WAFFLE HOUSE IN DESOTO !!!! ?????? BOOOOOO??

I was disrespected by the host She took forever which I wasn’t mad about because I knew she was busy but I waited an hour When the waitress came back accused me of leaving without paying for my food(I’ve never been in this restaurant before and I didn’t even eat because she never served our table).Then they told us pay first or leave when it was freezing cold outside. I don’t want a refund, I just want somebody who’s in charge to know about this incident .
