I have been visiting this place for years. My children look forward to going to Tastee Ice . Never had a problem with the flavor, cream add on, LITERALLY NOTHING. Took my daughter today and our snowcones were so bland and not flavorful at all. Took the snowcones back literally 2 MINUTES later & they poured juice in the snowcones and made them juicy instead of snow cone like. The snowcones was so juicy my three year old would have drank the entire “SNOWCONES” like JUICE out of a straw. Asked for them to be remade, they told me I would have to purchase two new snow cones. I asked to speak to the manager or even the managers number the little boy said he didn’t want to speak to me. Asked for the manager’s number the little girl with black and honey blonde box braids said she didn’t have the number. This used to be the go-to place now I will now direct everyone elsewhere with this type of service. The line is super long and they take they time to make freaking snowcones. I’ve made snowcones “REAL SNOWCONES” before and the way they move at this establishment is was WASTE of time. The young kids always mess good things up with their IGNORANT ATTITUDES!

The shaved ice are good, the service is sad, except for the owner I guess that is who he is. He handled the taking orders ,fixing them all by himself and he is fast.
Good ice but I wish they open the window up. Sitting in line 20 minutes for a snow cone not really cool. I know they probably have one machine but geesh…I also think if they could have orders prepared when you get to the window in drive thru it’ll go faster. You pull up and still have to wait.

Love their shaved ice. However, everytime I go the prices change. Also, some of the young men can't correctly count out change.
This place is good when the right workers are here.Customer service is bad alot of times.Today aug 15th i went to Tastee ICE i walk up to the window, and the girl said they were closed...it was 6:38 pm.Knowing that was incorrect i left. Sat in my car and continued to watch the people go to the drive up window. Finally a lady wentto the wind to order they seved her. Idk why she told me it was closed...but things like this has happened before at the pleasant run location
Delicious snow cone and really nice staff. They have pink lady and it's reminiscent of Aunt Stelle's! The ice is soft and it's a similar pink lady flavor. Just wish they had a place to sit and enjoy there.
The line is almost always long, but it moves fast and is totally worth it.
One of the best snow cones place in the southern areas of Dallas. Not only are the snow cones are good but the prices are reasonable!!!
