I was disappointed. Taco Bueno sent this advertisement to our home however when we went to our local Taco Bueno restaurant, they were unaware of their product.So we ordered Soft Chicken Tacos, however, when we got home and sat down to eat, they gave us Hard Shell Tacos (that was our fault. We usually check our food before leaving any restaurant). I drove back 4 miles to return the food. You think they would have refunded us for their mistake or gave us a voucher for a free meal but they didn't.
Never again will I go to this place it was my first time going to this location and the taco meat wasn't seasoned at all it had No taste and the taco shells didn't seemed like they were warmed up at all either, And the service was rude after we left my husband told them thank you! and No respond back whatsoever. All they did was stare back and then went back to what they was doing smh! They need to be trained to have manners and season the meat!
Worst Muchacos ever eaten. Cold and meat was dry. Salsa bar was a mess. Too overpriced for quality. It's a No on my book.
Service suck & food was cold and wasn't it's best I had a taco salad and it was just thrown in the box. I know they have new hires but this is ridiculous.
Workers must be more detailed oriented when taking orders. Energetic as well.
Don’t let the empty parking lot fool you. I went inside to dine. The bathroom was clean and the dining area was exceptionally clean. My food was delicious. I had my regular combo #1. The condiment area was very clean and well stocked, jalapeño peppers and hot sauce. I almost passed this place up.
Traaaash, tacos didn't have any filling in it and one was served broken in half. When I picked up the taco what filling it did have fell out the bottom. ??
I just left this restaurant. I asked could I get a chicken and a beef enchilada. They said no they can only all beef or all chicken enchiladas, which made no sense….AT ALL!! Never going back!!
Hours are forever changing. Always closed early. Tonight 10-30 they stopped taking orders before 9:30pm. Tild us they apologized but at the time they were not taking orders. By far the worst Bueno out here.
I had to go back for more cheese but food always good
