This restaurant never ever never has anything I have come on two other occasions and they were not selling food either they were out or the truck was not here I called today to ask where they selling food and did they have supplies I was told yes when I got here and asked for a Mexican pizza they told me they were out I left work for nothing I promise horrible horrible customer service for this area unacceptable and no one seems to care

I pull up and the lady said how may I take your order? I start giving her my order and then she cuts me off and tells me to hang on. She comes back and I start giving her my order again and as I'm doing it she's ruching me and keeps saying is that all is that all in a rude tone. I get to the window and she takes my card and had it for a bit so I hope nothing happens on my card now. I ask her if I could have alot of mild sauce and she gave me on 2 for 2 Taco's and a chicken quesadilla. I asked er for 4 more at least and she rolled her eyes and gave it to me. Then I look in my bag and half my order was missing. I told her what was missing and she rudely said ok I'll get it. This may not be a place I'll go back to if this is how it is.

Got a stale chalupa, taco shell was stale as well. Since the dining room was closed I had one hell of a mess in the truck since everything was stale and falling apart.

Cant get enough of the slush options...we enjoy the strawberry strawbutst the most.

I'm on drive thru .Lady says we are working on a big , we can't take orders right now , go to front of building and come back around in 10 min.So I did. When I came back around she told me the exact same thing again . And this is not the first time employes from this place had done the same thing that's why I'm writing this.If don't want to work just close the freking place ,turn lights off , and go home .And this goes for managers or owners .Just close this freking place . Service is the worse ever

Do NOT go to this Taco Bell.This is one of the worst Taco Bell in the Lancaster and DeSoto area.They are Lazy, Rude, Not Uncaring.Taco Bell send out a District Manager to this location ASAP!

Can't get an order right to save their life. They had TWO chances.5 hard tacos5 soft tacos6 beefy five layer2 bean burritosNOT COMPLICATED. Over charged me since they gave me 6 bean burritos - I had to return to get the other two burritos.I know you gotta be at least 16 to work there, so I assume everyone there can count.They weren't even busy, so can't use that as an excuse. CHECK YOUR ORDERS AT THE WINDOW, it will be wrong.

I went through the drive thru and requested a breakfast burrito with no potatoes. The screen display said no tomatoes. When I attempted to correct her, her response was it says potato on the screen, I said no, my view shows no tomatoes. Her response was is that all. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, and was going to check my order. It was all sealed up, and sure enough it had potatoes and no tomatoes. It is very disheartening when people in the service industry are so defensive and combative even. I was going to call, but I don't think the feedback would even be received, and I am not going to give them in more energy. If your corporate office reviews the comments, perhaps some additional follow up will be provided. Based on the comments for this location, there are many areas of opportunity for improvement in the service area. I won't be back.

It was very fast and almost everything I asked for was in the bags no napkins and or fire sauce even though I asked only fire they gave me a couple of hot and a few milds very friendly staff

We've been in this area for 3 years and service really hadn't been the best. But TONIGHT they did a fantastic job!! NICE staff, professional and fast! We applaud all team members 10/19 @ 7:18pm ☆☆☆☆☆
