At this point…I’m convinced they purposefully mess up my orders. I ordered online a footlong, extra toasted, light black olives, and paid for extra cheese. I got a cold footlong (not toasted at all), no extra cheese, loaded with black olives. This is the SECOND time this store has made the opposite of what I ordered!!

When in to get a dozen of cookies at 1:00 I ask the lady when was the cookies baked and she said this morning so I ask her could she bake me a fresh dozen and she said no. I have always brought cookies there and I have always got a fresh patch baked . I won't be back for sure.
It is Fourth of July weekend and I called before arriving making sure they were open due to Fourth of July, the lady and answered and said yes I arrived no more than 10 minutes later and there was a sign saying subway closed. This is so irritating I wasted time to drive here for someone to lie to me and tell me they were open.
Great subway location, clean place and is open 24 hours a day. Can't beat that.
The trashiest subway around. I went in there and they told me they were not taking customers because they were changing a light bulb. Well dont worry u will never get my business again and i literally live down the street.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff is horrible and their not organized at all.
The lady that works in the night shifts is really rude and careless. Last Saturday I went for a sandwich and she was about to make my sandwich with her MASK COMPLETELY OFF ON HER CHIN!!Left right away never coming back!!I dont think city of dallas would tolerate something like this.
I was not impressed with the food or the sandwich artist. Very rude, how can you mess up flat bread? They also overfilled the meat cambrios past the chill line, the health department should do something. Bread has been awful, benefit of maybe it was a bad time or day I have tried this location 3 times and I threw it away. Nasty I will never eat there again. I don’t think you are supposed to wear your coat on the line while you make someone’s sandwich, gross
