Are here about 5 days ago. Had the most pathetic sandwich I have ever had. Ordered the turkey ft long and a Italian BMT. My turkey had 6 little slithers of meat. I had to move meat from one side to the other and still could barely taste the turkey. Sent an email to complain and all I received was a generic response saying they are trying new stuff all the time. I am sorry turkey sandwich is not new. Never offered to replace my sandwich. I was also overcharged on my ordered. Never offered to reimburse me.

never had an issue with this location but today was the day , if you eat here please please please look at the food well , there was a young girl working there and she was being pretty rude like she didn’t want to be there , her coworker came and she would step away mid me talking to go laugh with her coworker . took a little while to complete my order and me and my bf ate them , a little while later we both start feeling really really sick and threw up the food , we both started feeling heavy chills and headache, constantly throwing up the whole day , im assuming because the girl was young that she may not had cared about how important it is to make sure food is not expired and specially cleaning the utensils, the dressing bottles were pretty dirty and i am positive bc it was unsanitary is why we had food poisoning. point is be very careful..

Clean, the veggies and the meats were all fresh.

That one girl that work in the register needs some training she wants to act like she is clean but dam the sandwiches she makes them like Crab

Probably the most sanitary subway i been to, they put new gloves for every move they did. Store was clean a big boy Hispanic dude got me right!

When dining in at this Subway this week I noticed the sign on the drink machine that said “ask your Subway artist for a new cup before getting a refill”. When I asked about getting a new cup for my husband and me the “sandwich artist” at the register nodded her head, so I took two new Subway cups, threw my old cups away and refilled our drinks. As I was walking back to the table she said “You have to pay for those.” Then she held up clear cups from under the counter and said “these are the refill cups.” Both employees standing there heard me ask for refills (they nodded in agreement when I asked) and watched as I took the Subway cups and never tried to tell me those were not the right cups. When I told the employee at the register the sign said to get a new cup and there was not an indication of getting a different cup the employee said “I just work here you will have to talk to the manager” as she rung me up for the refills. The manager had left for the day and when I tried to call several times no one answered the phone. I paid for the refills and walked out. I do not have a problem with paying extra for refills or using a different cup for a refill, but I do have a problem with unclear directions and poor customer service.

Staff seemed to be easy going and nice I was on the phone with my husband telling them what all he wanted and they were patient about it. We didn't dine in and had it to go.

The staff was not friendly at all.Staff didn’t seem to want to be at work.Food was ok. I will not visit this subway again and I don’t recommend it
