I am a regular at Starbucks. As my sister and I were headed out of town, we saw the sign of this location on I-35 and decided to stop for a drink. Big mistake… Extremely slow service and rude employees. Took us over 30 minutes to get our drinks and they weren’t even busy. If we hadn’t already paid, we would have left. Diego was very rude and needs more customer service training.
Went through the drive thru today(3/24/2022) and ordered 2 banana bread slices and a cheese danish. I get back to my house to discover the expiration date on both slices of banana bread is 2/26/22. Guess that's why they wanna heat them up so you don't see they're out of date.??
I go to this location about 6 days out the week. Out of those six days when a certain employee by the name of Kristen is working she does not makes drinks properly. So when I taste my drink their is way to much apple juice or way to much of the drink mix. She refuses to use the tumblers to measure the drinks and when I ask her to remake my drink she walks off. I just feel that if I’m a paying customer my drink should be made the correct way. I’m not one to complain much but when it comes to getting my Starbucks before heading to work at the hospital I just want my drink made correct.
Only open one day a week??? What a joke might as well close it completely or at the very least update the hours of operation here online.
Waited in line for 20 minutes at this location. That is unheard-of in other areas. That type of wait will make me reconsider my loyalty to the buck.
Service is usually good.. I usually order through uber. Unfortunately, the uber has not been available in weeks as the agemt mentioned low staffing, so i have not been able to get coffee. Other locations mention in the app, that theyre too far away to deliver. This is sad.
Bro... I get that there's a worker shortage right now but you could at least have the decency to mark your store as closed online so there isn't a 8+ line of cars waiting in the drive through getting fooled thinking everyone was ordering only to find out what they have... that there's nobody in the store at all, despite there being lights on and everything
Time was 8:50 pm closing time is 9 pm. I waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes. They never asked my order. Drove down the street to Dunkin instead.
Good Starbucks location. Very busy parking and drive through. Quick service inside.I had one issue (over the course of several visits) that was immediately addressed when I brought it up with the manager (Heather) whom was super nice.Definitely my favorite Starbucks location in Dallas (so far), and I'll be back again every time I'm in the area.In busy retail environments, errors do happen. It's how they're handled that leaves the lasting impression. Heather and her team are committed to providing the Starbucks experience at their location.
I order two Caramel Apple Spices Drink, whomever made our drink didn't even bother cleaning off the machine, it was coffee in both our drinks, it was disgusting, previous visit that didn't have running water, this place don't appreciate Desoto or Lancaster Resident, it sad all the way around, I will drive to Red Oak from here on out
