The customer service was horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!I had to pay for the fish basket I’m which I didn’t like, but since I had to pay for it, I was definitely taking it home and probably give it to a homeless person! The server gave me my ticket and walked away! Per the ticket come the front to pay!! I go to the front to pay and ask for a to go box, the server has thrown the food away! Both the “manger” and server tells me oh well cause you complained about it!!! This is the worse service and food ever!! Do not recommend at all
DO NOT EAT HERE! Food is not fresh! The crawfish are very small and overcooked. (I have no word for the corn) The crawfish was also a lot of female with eggs still inside.? The “seafood gumbo” is basically soup with only 3 jumbo shrimp floating on top that were also super tough. It had no chicken and the sausage was in bits instead of regular round cuts. 16 ounces of gravy oil and vegetables. When I initially called in my order for pick up the young lady kept getting my order wrong and got mad when I corrected her and she just hands someone else the phone who was also rude and kept getting it wrong before finally saying is that all ma’am? Be bout 15 min and before I could respond she hung up. Please don’t waste your time or money with these people
I heard about the BEST seafood restaurant in DFW area and drove 40 miles to come try. It was well worth it. Ordered the shrimp and crab legs and Lobster tails were very good size. (Combo with all seasonings mild flavor Lobster, Shrimp, Crab, Corn, Potatoes, Sausage...). The food was great!!! and the service was great too. I will definitely return with my friends.
I was so disappointed in the food and serve this time. The crab was way over cooked to the point you couldn't crack or pop it open it get the meat out. I asked for hot Cajun it was mild, taking it back didn't help the taste was different than. I miss the older lady that was there the food was great. Now the food taste and look old and over cooked. And I've been going there for about 2/3 yrs
Food seemed to be really good until I came across 10 crawfish with baby eggs inside of the body and the tail filled. I simply asked for a refund and the man was very rude about it and stated “ok and we can not do anything about it and there’s no refund going to be given”. In which, I believe is not fair at all or any kind of good customer service I do not recommend.

Open the bag smells sour ...maybe its just me ...open my sons and it smells the same..touch the shrimp and they are Mushy af ... cant shake that sour smell .Reluctantly i try the sausage..then a shrimp ...potato all horrible .... Im done ...Call the restaurant 3 times no answer ...finally the 4th call goes through. I advised i ordered 3 shrimp combos and they smelled sour and the shrimp were extremely mushy . I never asked for a refund just freash food . Owner was offended that i told him his food was horrible. He stated that the food was made To order and there is nothing he can do . Well i have been eating seafood since i was 3 and i know this WAS NOT FREASH he advised me he is te Owner and he is not going to do anything about it ..... DO NOT EAT HERE !!! HE CLEARLY HAS NO IDEA WHAT FREASH FOOD IS AND HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE . -10/10 .

Absolutely disgusting! Smells very fishy & taste even worst! The worst seafood place I’ve ever ate @ & they don’t do refunds. I assume because they know it’s absolutely disgusting. Wouldn’t recommend.
Terrible experience today!!!! 1st off the seasoning was on point but the crawfish was old because the meat was sour. I tried to tell the owner about the meat but he wasn't trying to hear me. Mind u I never swallowed 1 crawfish, tasted bout 3 and spit them right back out, and he told his wife to go stand by the door and told me he wasn't making me another batch and I still had to pay for everything. So me and my girl didn't want no problems so I paid they $25 tab. NEVER EVER GOING BACK!!!!
