The staff and management here is unprofessional. I waited thirty minutes in drive thru to watch everyone else drive around me and leave because they were tired of waiting. A simple burger, frie and drink. It's sad I have sit here this long and no from management has come out to see what the hold up is. I have had a dozen different orders brought to my vehicle, only to say that's the wrong order. It's my fault for giving them another chance to make a wrong situation right from my last experience here. Close this place down and start over!
This location is one the best locations by far that I have visited. With the new management at the locations things are moving pretty fast at the location even though they are short staffed on management and morning staff. The General Manager at this location Jay is a very dedicated and passionate individual. I would recommend this location to visit.
Wow!! Absolutely no excuse for the rock bottom level of customer service at this place!First, I couldn't believe the attitude of the person who took my order. Then, after waiting 6 minutes and receiving the wrong order, I ask for my money back.The lady who took my card and burger back inside, then came back with my card and said she was told that even though I took a drink of my limeade I had to return it as well. I just wanted my money back on the burger. I couldn't believe after screwing up my order they actually ask for it back!I felt so sorry for the lady that was following orders. You could see her frustration with the whoever was giving them.Judging by the Google reviews, your company has a serious problem with this location.
I pulled into a stall on the back row and waited 15 minutes for someone to come on the mic to take my order just for them to tell me that they weren’t taking orders on the back row. Pulled in drive up to order and girl with an attitude answered and said “can I help you but it’s going to be a 25 minute wait”. Customer service in this area has gotten so terrible. Where are the managers and owners of these establishments?
Every time I go to this location I have a terrible experience. They are so rude and have terrible customer service. The manager proceeded to say they didn’t say it mean it’s just their tone. I told her they need to fix that issue. I left that one and drove the extra few minutes to the one in red oak they are so much nicer and got my food out quickly
Had trouble taking my order, and I'm not sure how much of it was human error and how much was faulty machinery. The audio was really distant while I was ordering, and nothing changed on the board. Then, the person taking my order suddenly cut off and I was still left with the pre-order "button activated" screen. Wound up watching someone else pull in, order, and get their food while I tried to flag down a staff member and explain the issue. She took my order and make sure I was able to pay and have it quickly (even updating me on how long it would take), but it was a lot harder to communicate exactly what I wanted so my drink was still a little different. Nobody's died from going a size up or having part treated like an add-on instead of a menu item, but it was overall a bad experience. I'd order through the app or drive through at this location next time.
The drink was too watery, so I asked for a dif one, the girl held the new drink until I gave her the addional cost to replace, I handed her the initial drink, I explain I don't steal. And wouldn't drive off for 58cent dif she held that drink like it was a gold bar, really!!!!
MGR working 1/30/22 rude AF!!! I can't believe I keep trying to give this Establishment a chance. Attitudes, slow & just rude.... What else, what else, what else!!! 10 min wait on ice cream just to come out side with my cup in her hand giving another employee direction to put ice cream in the machine. I truly took that as she was telling me I was on her time seeing that my window was down and I was the only person waiting for ice cream. Wow just wow! But as she said she's THE MGR lol B!!!
Worse experience ever had to beg to get them to take orders. Everyone eating icecream standing around and ignoring customers, outside etc.. Tried to talk to one of the workers and he started acting like he had mental issues. Done with Sonic. Just made it easier to go ahead and stop eating this unhealthy fast food period. Shouldn't have to beg or be ignored and spend hard earned money. I had been going to Whataburger with no real issues. Should've went there.
I ordered a footl long chili cheese combo meal. The weiner was cold. The chese was stuck to the paper. The soda was flat. The only part of the meal acceptable, was the tater tots. I'm still a fan of the slushes/ice cream. I definitely won't be ordering another foot long coney anytime soon ?
