Found a spider in my food today and called to ask for a refund… the manager was so rude and told me I had to bring all the food bacc for a refund which is dumb as hell… I’m goin public and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this location!! Customer service was horrible had to wait for 20 mins and they still had my order wrong!!!
I placed my order on the app for pick up at 725 and here it is 742 and I haven't even spoke to anyone. That's why I'm glad I didn't leave no MFn tip wit my card! Then the app say sum about not being able to get a refund or something smh.. finally get my food at 746.. like what's tha benefit of ordering 15mins ahead if I still gotta wait 20minsPopcorn chicken just dry
Very slow so slow that I ended up driving off without ordering. I waited 10 minutes at the pull up and then someone came on and told me that they were doing drive thru only and waited another 10mins at the speaker in which no one answered, car in front of me left also and they had placed an order! Terrible,horrible service.
I am sitting at this sonic waiting on someone to answer this box. It's been blinking so long! Im watching workers come to this door to talk to this man and one even Came outside to deliver food. No one said anything. I asked them if they were close and he said they are not taking orders right now because they are backed up. Why wouldn't someone just answer and say that instead of having people waiting. I watched cars going through the drive thru. I would of normally just leave after five mins of no answer but my daughter really wanted Sonic. It's sad that common curtesy doesn't exist here. I'm in retail so I understand being short handed but at least say something. That's how you keep customers coming back. I literally watch car after car pull up and then pull off. I'm so disappointed in my people. We will never come up this way.
A bought some hotdogs and they was very nasty. The weiners looked gray like they was old. I will never eat at sonic again. I'll just stick with the half price drinks
I don't think it's no helping this restaurant!!!!!! They ALWAYS SLOW!!!!!!! and if u happen to order food it takes forever as if they cooked it only to receive your food and it's borderline COLD?♀️?♀️?♀️ and if I didn't watch them prepare the drinks I would think they're having to go out to get the drinks. I see people give their opinions however they haven't fixed any of the concerns because they still are the same...GO FIGURE!!!
I thought the purpose of ordering on line was to get you order quick but I have been here 30 minutes and buzz to find out what was taking so long since you have 5 employees working and only 3 cars I don't get it I hate this sonic will not come here again Jesus very frustrated

The young lady working was so nice. They were out of all the proper breads. The manager had left to go get some. Friday night at 6:30pm ..... yikes. That should have been addressed way earlier in the day so your staff wasn't short help during a peak period. The speaker wasn't working very well. It was super hard to hear and we had to repeat ourselves too many times to count. They always seem short staffed.
Worst patty melt I've ever had. Copious amount cheese just oozing out. Couldn't eat it. Waited 20 minutes for meal because the runner hadn't clocked in
